Gowdru Mane Hotel — Restaurant in Bengaluru

If there is chance to give zero rating then I would have given that. I had high expectations because from outside restaurant looks great and it has good Google reviews. Ambience is good but too much noise which is not very comfortable. I thought there is some dine area in above floors but it serves only at ground floor. Menu options are not very great and limited. Worst part is food taste. Taste is pathetic and rice which I ordered not even cooked fully. When I complained about it guy sitting next to me was also started complaining. I didn't know how come everyone having biryani or khuska enjoying it. Service guy behaviour was not welcome at all. He was behaving such as if I am eating at his home and he's servings me. First time I had breakfast and it was good. Mutton was bit hard , but ok taste Second time, it was around 4pm , all the staffs were having food. I respect and I waited someone to take order. After 15-20mine i ordered Kushka and kebab. Both of the item was OK. But in chicken kebab, fresh and old was mixed. As I was alone , I cudnt finish, I requested waiter , pls parcel. He gave the cover and said we don't parcel, u parcel and take on ur own. It was little surprise by the attitude from a person who is about to do. Good ambiance and more staffs but bit late food service and service waiters are not much polite. Food quality is good and tasty but depends on the timings. If you ate biryani at afternoon vs evening is very deference. I ate biryani and kabab at afternoon so taste and quality was very good but i ate same food at night mostly at 10pm nearly, so that time biryani rice was not cooked properly and we complained same to waiter but he neglected, than we did same to manager/ cashier but he act like giving this food free and he is only concerned about taking money and he did not give any answer to this complaint.
