visited JustBake for a birthday cake. The owner initially refused to take my order for the evening, insisting I should order a day in advance. Eventually, he showed me some cakes telli g they are new arrival, by seeing google reviews i was in a dilemma to buy them . Just after 2 mins a new cakes load came while unloading them he made to stand outside for 10 mins saying that i choose one among new cakes which was just came he made me to stand outside i even asked him for menu he arrogantly replied " sumne horgade ninthkoli madam" without saying a single word i went outside and waited for 15 mins coz i had no options at that time , then he showed few cakes telling they are just came and literally he forced me to buy that when i said that i had already seen that in the display before the vehicle came he sarcastically laughed at me saying "life ali istella doubt padbardu" i simply bought and went... when we came home and tasted i was totally spoiled and we felt like vomiting, we took that cake to the shop and made him to eat he was like Russian honey flavours are like this only and again started saying " nim thoughts sari illa adikke yella spoil agiro thara ne ansathe, ee thara doubt patre life kasta " my friend asked him to eat another basement slice of cake him then he agreed yes it has spoiled but it's not my fault and blamed MAIN OUTLET only telling they have sent spoiled cake when I was trying to prove my point he became aggressive and shouted at me in front of everyone. After a heated argument, he replaced it with a better one. The owner's behavior was extremely arrogant , manipulative attitude and unacceptable ...please do not visit this branch he's such a mad a lost his brain somewhere.. he will cheat you by giving spoiled cake if you question him he will show...

Rude behaviour from staff. They don't know how to speak to people! Contacted for a half birthday cake for my baby last week, they gave common designs from google. And saying it has to be 2.5-3 kg! Who will eat that much! Then I showed online exact same cake available for 1kg etc from other bakers in bangalore, but they didn't agree saying "google we can get anything, can't make the same! Thats nonsense! Even their catalog contains google pic only! So, finally they made 2kg cake saying can't come below that. After cake cutting, we saw that most of that cake was not good to eat coz it was that sugar syrup or some gelatin-like stuff and not actual cake. Maximum weight was that thing which we threw away. This place is not a good choice, but we don't have any other option in kengeri upanagara. Go elsewher if you have a choice. I have purchased cakes numerous times from Kengeri shop since 2.5yrs but have to mention my latest review. All was good until last year. I normally purchased the expensive German Chocolate cake on preorder. This year the first time I purchased 2 cakes which were yummy but the 1kg cake went sour in a day even after keeping in the fridge. I gave the feedback to the shop. But once again I ordered a 1kg cake on 16/7/2021and it was a very bad experience. The cake tasted weird and we found that it was because it had a layer of strawberry syrup and another layer of pineapple syrup inside and seems like it was built from rejected cake and feedback was given to the shop and they said all cakes are manufactured in the main office of Just Bake.
