Service: The service at this Japanese restaurant was utterly appalling. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed more interested in checking their watches than attending to customers. When I inquired about Sake, the staff rudely proceeded to narrate the price without me asking, and their condescending tone when I asked about glass noodles was infuriating. Hospitality is paramount, and this experience fell far short.

Ambience: While the ambience was visually appealing with its well-decorated setting, the atmosphere quickly became suffocating. Despite requesting the staff to switch on the AC, they promised action but failed to deliver. The discomfort persisted, making the overall dining experience unpleasant and far from enjoyable.

Food: The culinary disaster began with the vegetable tempura, a tasteless concoction of deep-fried vegetables lacking any seasoning. The Chicken Miso Ramen reached new lows, featuring stale and stinking chicken with a repulsive broth and noodles. The garlic fried rice was undercooked, devoid of seasoning, and every bite felt like a crunch. Even the Sake, accompanied by lackluster sides, failed to salvage the dismal food quality. The prices of the dishes were exorbitant, completely unjustified by the subpar quality served.

Overall, this dining experience was nothing short of pathetic. Customers deserve better, especially when investing their hard-earned money and time. The lack of hospitality, combined with suffocating ambience and abysmal food quality, makes this Japanese restaurant a...

I had been to the restaurant in kengeri, upanagara, next to adigas.. The location is good, but wud be difclt to spot this place on the first go as its on the 2nd floor.

The restaurant is well maintained, neat, clean, and away from pollution.

We went there on a weekday during a peak time, however there wasnt much crowd. The ambiance was silent and peaceful. The service was fast and well behaved staff.

Now talking bout the food, it tasted amazing. We had ordered chicken and pork... Both of them just perfectly cooked, really juicy and loaded with flavours. I have noticed at many places where pork gets rubbery in texture, but here it was just perfect.. The moment you take a bite, your taste buds just rise up. Loved it.

Prices.. Well, a starter wud cost you arnd 150 - 300 rupees Wheres a main course would cost you from 350 - 700 rupees. Each plate would suffice just one person.

They also have a bar and the prices seemed good there too.

But nothing much when it comes to desserts.. They just have juices/milkshakes.

Its a place...

Sarasa means delight in japanese. Their hard board Menu card has not just food prices but educates you with few food facts too. This Place in Kengeri is quite a surprise as there are no Exquisite cuisine restaurants as such in this still upcoming city as it's mostly still stuck with a local food and pricing mentality. Authentic Japanese menu and taste provides this place a difference. Ambience is suited for corporate visits and not the regular family delight type. Food pricing looks expensive but it would be then the same if you had something like these in church street, Bangalore. They have choices in Chicken, seafood, etc. Staffs quite etiquette in thier service and ensure you do enjoy the food. Food tasted good and has the flavours to make you wanna visit more and try other items. The charge Service tax on the bill itself so no need to pay that tip. It's worth a visit. If prices were a little lower, I would have been regular.

My go to place: The place which would instantly turn my morose into a Brilliant, Cheerful, Merrier & Joyful evening! This place undeniably has a vibe that catches your attention, out of the world, ending your miseries & turning it to a celebration! The food here makes you want to indulge in more... each bite makes your senses linger, making you want to live there cherishing every bit of life, feeling ecstatic! Is it the aura, the vibe, the food, the ambience or perhaps the culture, I really cannot specify but the feeling that you get here is unmatched! And yes, there's something more that draws your attention in this regard, it's the charisma that the manager owns, the etiquette, mannerisms, humility, everything that you want to see is here... I fell in Love with the Japanese after my visit here. SARASA for Life 💗 Recommendations: Nasu dengaku, California Roll Sushi, Takoyaki Ebi, Salmon

Sarasa Japanese Kitchen – We love it! 🇯🇵🍣 Hands down the best Japanese food in Bangalore! The taste is absolutely authentic and exceeded our expectations. Totally worth the money for the quality and flavors they offer. We ordered: Veg California Roll Yakitori Ebi Tempura Chicken Gyoza Banga Roll Pink Lemonade Blue Lemonade ✨ The sushi was melt-in-the-mouth soft and packed with flavor....truly the best sushi we've had in Bangalore! Everything are good and texture! The food arrived quickly, and the service was smooth and efficient 👌🏻 Sarasa can definitely beat any Japanese restaurant around. Highly recommend trying it out....you won’t regret it. We enjoyed every bite and are already planning our next visit to explore more from their menu 😊
