Read moreService: The service at this Japanese restaurant was utterly appalling. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed more interested in checking their watches than attending to customers. When I inquired about Sake, the staff rudely proceeded to narrate the price without me asking, and their condescending tone when I asked about glass noodles was infuriating. Hospitality is paramount, and this experience fell far short.
Ambience: While the ambience was visually appealing with its well-decorated setting, the atmosphere quickly became suffocating. Despite requesting the staff to switch on the AC, they promised action but failed to deliver. The discomfort persisted, making the overall dining experience unpleasant and far from enjoyable.
Food: The culinary disaster began with the vegetable tempura, a tasteless concoction of deep-fried vegetables lacking any seasoning. The Chicken Miso Ramen reached new lows, featuring stale and stinking chicken with a repulsive broth and noodles. The garlic fried rice was undercooked, devoid of seasoning, and every bite felt like a crunch. Even the Sake, accompanied by lackluster sides, failed to salvage the dismal food quality. The prices of the dishes were exorbitant, completely unjustified by the subpar quality served.
Overall, this dining experience was nothing short of pathetic. Customers deserve better, especially when investing their hard-earned money and time. The lack of hospitality, combined with suffocating ambience and abysmal food quality, makes this Japanese restaurant a...
Read moreI had been to the restaurant in kengeri, upanagara, next to adigas.. The location is good, but wud be difclt to spot this place on the first go as its on the 2nd floor.
The restaurant is well maintained, neat, clean, and away from pollution.
We went there on a weekday during a peak time, however there wasnt much crowd. The ambiance was silent and peaceful. The service was fast and well behaved staff.
Now talking bout the food, it tasted amazing. We had ordered chicken and pork... Both of them just perfectly cooked, really juicy and loaded with flavours. I have noticed at many places where pork gets rubbery in texture, but here it was just perfect.. The moment you take a bite, your taste buds just rise up. Loved it.
Prices.. Well, a starter wud cost you arnd 150 - 300 rupees Wheres a main course would cost you from 350 - 700 rupees. Each plate would suffice just one person.
They also have a bar and the prices seemed good there too.
But nothing much when it comes to desserts.. They just have juices/milkshakes.
Its a place...
