Food Palace Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I will never invest here again. Reason: I had surprise guest home and wanted to treat them well. Instead ordering on-line I choose in person visit to Food Palace thinking this time around to make a difference to the quality and taste of food served. I narrated to the cashier the purpose of me choosing to visit them in person. On cashier's suggestion I ordered for chicken 65, chicken pepper, chicken lahori and chapatis. They took good time to make and pack about 45 -50 minutes. I thought the food should be really delicious and yum.

Back home, it was a complete showdown at table realized blender getting food from Food Palace, Kengeri. The food was not cooked well, chicken stale, taste was a nightmare - very bad, chapatis were made of old dove that was knead atleast a week back, not puffed uniformly, very patchy not roasted either.

ALL IN ALL, this place do not value customers time, money, health, hygiene above all lacks basic regards as hotelier towards it's customer and...

This is my 3rd try that I gave to this restaurant after a scarcity of Non veg food places to eat from. And this time too disappointed! The owner always will keep recommending you with dishes but be warned that it will be an expensive item. What's worse, when you see the quantity and taste, it's not at all worth. Most items are overpriced and they make you feel they sell authentic style. Nope! Kerala food is also so-so and ambience is bad. You won't feel like going again and as for me now, after feeling a bit cheated - Never! Feel like taking of half a star too and give just 1 1/2 star only. Food quality, quantity and service is good, especially should try Kerala style Tallsehary briyani, chicken Al-fham, kalmi kabab, Tandoori kabab and Haryali toondori.

They also have good vegetarian food options.

Newly added fruit Juice, milk shakes,lassi, ice cream as well. Also one can get tea/coffee here.

Newly added broasted chicken as well, you can try chicken popcorn, fried chicken KFC style, burgers, prawns broasted popcorn and many other friend snacks options available.
