Hotel Status — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Good place as a business hotel, proximity to embassy golf links business park. It's on the main road next building to karbonn mobiles, though google maps shows a very narrow to this place, which is wrong. Hotel room as such is spacious for 2 ppl, soft bed can get a good night's sleep. Restaurant is also attached and you can place order. Chinese items are neither great nor authentic. Go for local food stuff. Apart from the veg n non veg restaurant that is in the ground floor, they also have a udupi veg restaurant where tea and coffee is very good. Its a small place but lots of south indian Tiffin items available. Price is normal. Just across the road you have supermarket and fruit shop called top n town. I have been here quite a few times now to eat both in the restaurant as well as at the counter service outside. To be fair, the food is clean and simple - nothing to write home about. The food in the restaurant is varied and offers North Indian, Tandoori, South Indian and Chinese dishes. I would hardly call the North Indian food authentic but it's palatable. Service needs a massive improvement as waiters tend to hang around themselves and do not come to your table unless called for. Cleanliness is hit or miss, I have often seen unclean glasses and cutlery which had to be replaced. Eat only if you are in the area and do not have time to go...

Pathetic Food quality..i ordered aloo matar and when i opened the box it was smelling very badly.I called the hotel and told the same thing,he told he will check and call back but never called back as usual.I called after 30 mins.then again he asked what is the issue,i told the same think then he was rude and asked what you want then,i told i dont need anything not even the refund and just want to return the aloo matar box thats it.He told he will send to collect it. It shows how much they care about the customers.Anyways,day is not far when status will be NO STATUS
