My First reaction is that you should NEVER BOOK hotel from AGODA website as the booking have lot of agreement issues with this property. I booked for 2 days and got online good deal from AGODA however I was shocked a day I started to Banglore when "Peral Suits" Called me from their no. Some Shrikant had spoken from Property side. He informed me that the deal can not been completed as rates offered are not correct . Immediately I raised objection and told that I have further plans and I cant changed as I had paid all charges to AGODA. Shrikant asked me more money and asked me to cancel the booking which I didn't do and said if you have problem I will pay difference when I checked out and he agreed for it.||||Secondly after reaching to property I found approach road is not good and its bit inside from main road and have very narrow lane connecting to site. Hotel rooms are ok and did not find any major issues however I failed to understand why they dont change sheets and towels everyday. As per them this can happen only after two days which means I have to use same towels and sheets for two days which was not good experience. ||||Breakfast starts as early as by 8.45 AM and only 3-4 items served on request and it was very horrible experience to get it very late and not upto the mark, hence requested DO NOT INCLUDE BREAKFAST in your deal. They do not have functional kitchen so lunch /Dinner is out of questions. We have to order our food either online or eat and come from 2/5 KM located hotels. ||||Rooms are ok and large enough but they keep complimentary tea/coffee only for 1 Guest. Getting OLA/UBER is very difficult to this property as its problem in Bangalore altogether and nearest Riksha stand is almost 1 KM walk from the property with min 50/- charge for any nearest destination. Autoriksha s in Bangalore not seen working on Meter.||||As it was raining in Bangalore they never bother to provide Umbrella to Guest and once you get down from Riksha and reach upto reception you are half wet so recommend to keep your own umbrella. Hotel staff is not polite and do not service upto the mark. ||||I will NEVER recommend to us this property as I found it very below average and costlier than the services they offer . Anyone selecting this area for stay would be selecting this hotel for its specific purpose: Location. It is a no-nonsense, value for money set up which will not disappoint you, however, will not also mesmerize you. It is located a short walk away from the main road, has a shop right infront for all your needs, a medical shop barely 50 mts away and has good connectivity to anywhere in Murugeshpalya.||We had an issue with AC, they promptly changed our room. Skeletal staff present, which gets the job done, so I guess good business practice. Food is made upon order and will satisfy you. Breakfast options suffice, eggs to order and decent choice of breakfast each day. Crew is very polite and eager to help. Beds are comfy, walking space in room is sufficient. ||The only complain I have is about the bathroom. A rundown 3 star hotel. My flight was delayed and I reached the hotel around midnight. The gates were closed, had to pretty much bang the gate after which a guard came and checked me in.

The toilet seat was cracked, paint from the ceiling coming off. I complained next day after which they changed my room. Although the staff are well behaved but extremely poor management.

Breakfast had 2-3 items and breakfast was served by the security guard.

Probably the only restaurant with no dedicated staff. You will find the guard or the reception people serving you food and room service. Service is extremely slow.

There is probably only 1 housekeeping staff so our rooms were never cleaned before 5-6 pm and one day even that was missed.
