I would have given 0 start but there is no option to give 0 star.
No menu on display and there is QR to scan for giving order but the person on counter said rates are different on QR and actual rates are different in system after placing an order.
Pizza has no taste at all. They have prepared the pizza with burnt onion and given like they are doing some courtasy on us...just throwing the pan on table.
The Cutlery placed on table is dirty and don't know when they have washed it. The Origano and Chilli flakes jar is too dirty and by looking at it you will lose your mood to eat the pizza.
I repeat don't order their momos it's worst momos i have eaten. It's filled with Ginger Garlic Paste only and they just put cheez on those bad smelling momos. ( roadside you will get better momos in 20 rs than pizza hut )

Parking : There is no parking available here. You need to pay extra parking charges to park your vehicle in the space opposite to Pizza Hut.
I don't recommend this place to anyone. Worst Experience. Attaching the bill here so that owner can take appropriate actions.

Read moreDate : 2nd February 2023.. The entire staff was in gossiping in the kitchen and no one is ready to help us on choosing our orders. When asked multiple times to one staff member he only tells half the information and he rans away from us without listening us completely. We are the only table occupied there and once we ourselves decided and placed order, there was no one around for 1 hour to issue ketchup, fork, spoon, tissue paper, we have to go to kitchen to ask for each of the thing, theh finally turned up when i joked saying do you wish to college bill? 😕.. At the end when i conveyed that we are deeply disappointed with your quality of pizza (half baked) and service all they responded was "Thank You", they really don't care if you are dissatisfied with their service.. Please teach your staff some customer handling skills, service skills, and at least teach them to be professional to respond our complaints by saying more than only thanks and change..
