Hyderabadi Handi Biryani — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Tired of the usual Hyderabadi Biriyani places, decided to try out this new year lace in Whitefield that promises a good Hyderabadi Biriyani, took the risk ordered away a portion of chicken Hyderabadi handi Biriyani, with chicken 65 and a double ka meetha.

First, the portion sizes, fit for a heavy eater, two light eaters can share one Biriyani, but who is a light eater when it comes to Biriyani. The taste was excellent, a very well cooked, flavourful Hyderabadi style Biriyani, that’s just right on spice, and heat. But I did have issues with the freshness of the Biriyani though, somehow while the flavours were perfect and intact, it felt that it was definitely not from the fresh stock prepared in the evening, might be prepared much earlier, that I was missing that punch of freshly cooked Biriyani.

The chicken 65 had oddly different sized pieces, but well marinated and cooked with a tiny bit of asian influence peeping at you, while tasting.

The Double ka meetha, was well made and I liked it, was longing for more after my family had long finished

This is the WORST experience today..!!! I had ordered veg Biryani fromen this restaurant through swiggy. I have recieved non veg peices with veg Biryani..!!!!! Being a Brahmin, when u get a non-veg peices in in you plate while u have already started having rice...!!! This is WORST of the WORST experience... Restaurant people should have minimum sense that when people order veg they would never exp non veg items in it..!!! They serve non veg even when u have specifically ordered VEG...!!! WORST feeling ever... Not even minimum expected things are taken care here...!! Very bad ... Vary very WORST restaurant service...

I regularly order food from here in Zomato and Swiggy.

Recently I visited here and had Hyderabadi Chicken Dum biryani and Chicken Lollipop.

Biriyani: The quantity is good and the taste is very good. But the chicken pieces are less when compared to online orders.

Lollipop: Hot and Crispy.

Service: Handling by only one person and he is very polite and responsive.

Place: The dining area is okay. Looks like hyderabad cafes. No parking space at all. Mostly we can park 2 bikes but this will be occupied by delivery agents.

Overall it's a good place to taste the...
