Dear Jyoti and the Lemon Krust Team,

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to you and your wonderful team for making my daughter’s birthday celebration truly memorable today. I have been placing orders from Lemon Krust for the past four years, and each time, the service has been nothing short of exceptional.

This time, after seeing the beautiful restaurant setup, I was eagerly waiting for the right occasion to visit, and finally planned a lunch for my daughter and her friends. Every child enjoyed the experience thoroughly. A special thank you to your team for their kindness, patience, and efficiency in taking the orders—it felt like being served by family rather than a restaurant staff.

A special thanks also for the cookie decorating activity that you suggested. The kids were fully immersed, showing off their artistic skills with icing on the cookies, and they simply didn’t want to stop! I had to stop them so they could finish their lunch, but they would’ve happily continued.

Thank you once again for making the day so special. We look forward to many more visits...

Quite strange and poor customer response. Went for first time but couldn't even get proper response.

Addition as reply to store comment :- Thats not true. The way you interacted and conversation progressed after superficially talking about costing showed that you were not interested actually in discussing and understanding customer requirement. Rather were more interested in pricing only. I was surprised to discover later that you had time to talk over phone for few minites but no time to talk face to face inspite of being present in same shop. I waited for more than 5 minutes literally outside the store to receive pics of samples but the way you wrote after making me to wait actually put me off and clearly shown that you didnt care to serve customer. Anyways I was able to place an order somewhere else after sometime as I was put off by the overall experience I received inspite of spending more time from my side in your store. Absolutely Delicious Cakes from Lemon Krust!

We recently ordered a cake for my son’s birthday from Lemon Krust, and it was a total hit! Both adults and kids loved it so much that no one could get enough. The kids especially just can’t stop wanting more and more! Jyoti, the owner, truly has magic in her hands.

The cake was not only beautifully designed but also incredibly moist, fresh, and perfectly sweet. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a cake from Lemon Krust, and every single time it becomes the star of the celebration.It’s been more than 9 years we are ordering cake from here only for every occasion. Honestly, from now on, we’ll have to order at least 1 kg more than we need because there’s always a shortage—thanks to the overwhelming demand from everyone who tastes it!
