Read moreHonest review. I have visited the restaurant (Whitefield outlet) nearly 5 times. During my first order I ordered Biriyani, it was okay type, not so special, quantity was good and also I ordered 'Death by choclate' for take home, It was really good they made it in front of us which, Me and my wife really appreciate it the quality was good. So nextime also my wife asked me to get it for her, I went and orders for parcel, they made me to wait 15 min then after 15 min they came and gave me my pakage, I was wondering where did they made it. Intially at my first visit I saw them make it in front of me but this time this was like other frozen food and low quality. Now, this happened to me 4th time. This time to epic happend the manager scolded his employee just because he asked me to sit and wait and took my helmet but the manager saw him from the billing section scolded him not to do this thing. I was able to hear him. I felt bad for that employee/waiter. And also feeling bad for the restaurant. Quality declined rapidly just to earn profit. I will try not to visit the them...
Read moreMy friends and I dined at Imperio Whitefield last night, and unfortunately, we had a less than satisfactory experience. The service was subpar, and the staff displayed rude behavior throughout our visit. We encountered issues with the menu as well, as certain items we wished to order were allegedly unavailable, even though the menu clearly indicated both half and full plate options for those dishes.
To add to our disappointment, items that were initially claimed to be unavailable were added to our bill along with additional GST charges, without our consent. When we questioned the bill, they provided a white paper with the corrected charges.
Moreover, we attempted to use the Swiggy Dineout payment option, which should have entitled us to a 10% discount, but the restaurant staff informed us that they could not accept Swiggy payments. This is in stark contrast to other Imperio outlets that readily accept this payment gateway.
Based on our unfortunate experience, I won’t recommend dining at...
