Honest review. I have visited the restaurant (Whitefield outlet) nearly 5 times. During my first order I ordered Biriyani, it was okay type, not so special, quantity was good and also I ordered 'Death by choclate' for take home, It was really good they made it in front of us which, Me and my wife really appreciate it the quality was good. So nextime also my wife asked me to get it for her, I went and orders for parcel, they made me to wait 15 min then after 15 min they came and gave me my pakage, I was wondering where did they made it. Intially at my first visit I saw them make it in front of me but this time this was like other frozen food and low quality. Now, this happened to me 4th time. This time to epic happend the manager scolded his employee just because he asked me to sit and wait and took my helmet but the manager saw him from the billing section scolded him not to do this thing. I was able to hear him. I felt bad for that employee/waiter. And also feeling bad for the restaurant. Quality declined rapidly just to earn profit. I will try not to visit the them...

My friends and I dined at Imperio Whitefield last night, and unfortunately, we had a less than satisfactory experience. The service was subpar, and the staff displayed rude behavior throughout our visit. We encountered issues with the menu as well, as certain items we wished to order were allegedly unavailable, even though the menu clearly indicated both half and full plate options for those dishes.

To add to our disappointment, items that were initially claimed to be unavailable were added to our bill along with additional GST charges, without our consent. When we questioned the bill, they provided a white paper with the corrected charges.

Moreover, we attempted to use the Swiggy Dineout payment option, which should have entitled us to a 10% discount, but the restaurant staff informed us that they could not accept Swiggy payments. This is in stark contrast to other Imperio outlets that readily accept this payment gateway.

Based on our unfortunate experience, I won’t recommend dining at...

During my recent visit to this hotel for their unlimited feast, I was disappointed with the overall experience. While the meal did include chapati, malabar parota, 2 types of chicken items, and 2 types of biriyani, as well as 2 complimentary chicken kababs, I found the food to be underwhelming. The butter chicken had an artificial color that was concerning, and the taste was good but not great. While washing my hands after the meal, I noticed the colors from the food sticking to my fingers. The chilly chicken was okay, with a taste that was neither good nor bad, while the biriyanis were just average. Overall, I didn't feel that the meal was worth the price of 300 rupees, and I would give it a rating of 2.5 stars out of 5 stars. Verdict: The quantity of food on offer was impressive, but the quality was lacking which makes me hesitant to recommend this restaurant to others.

Me and my friends went for the Rs 349 unlimited lunch. The timing for the same is 12 pm -4pm. The restaurant is very small so be prepared to be in queue for atleast 15-20 minutes if you are going on a weekend. With respect to the food, the menu offered in the unlimited lunch was good. Now coming to the service, once you are seated expect atleast 10-15 minutes for the first set of food. The service is bad actually as there was an instance they were serving only two parathas in 15 minutes for 7 people. Also I would advise if you are going on a weekend make sure you reach there around 1 PM coz after 2-2.30 even the staff was not sure if the food (offered in the unlimited menu) will be available or not. Overall experience is good hence giving a 3 star.

We had Veg and Non-Veg items for Dinner, food was very good overall, we ordered Kadhai Paneer and Mughalai Chicken both was really good at taste. I would recommend to take half portion of any item for 2 people. Service was really not good, I had already read the previous bad comments on service but tried to give it shot because of good food taste as per reviews and it was exactly same, the guys were not listening anything in 1 go, you had to tell them again they just placed the items on the table did not even bothered to serve or even ask abt it. This is not what you expect in BLR seriously. Atmosphere wise it was ok we went late at night so hardly on 2 or 3 tables people were there. Apart from these small flaws, food quality was good.
