Updating my review based on the recent visit on 9th July,2019. Have booked the table through Zomato. Got the table soon I reach but the location wasn't good. Asked to change as the other tables were free. But they didn't. They have reserved table at good place for those people who made book through Dineout. Coming to the food had ordered, Moroccan chicken, Veg nachos and wit in beer, pinot noir red wine. Coming to the cleanliness it was the worst as it was full of flies and the management didn't give a damn about it. Have complaint the same and they replied it's outside we can't do anything. Very rude behavior. To avoid flies from my food, my drink felt down and when i asked for a replacement they failed to do so. Staffs weren't attentive towards customer rather they are busy in watching TV. They didn't take the order properly. Once placed they can't cancel with in a minute as the developer of their system didn't provide a cancel feature. LOL. They only focus on the money. Here's the updated drill down review.
Cleanliness: 0/5 Efficiency of Service: 0/5 Behavior of staff: 0/5 (Extremely Rude) Not Recommended. Note to Management: Have some ethics towards your customers. Customers should get what they are paying for.
Been to this outlet for having a dinner with my colleagues for a hangout on a Friday evening. The ambiance of the outlet was pretty. Well decorated with lights and they have a live screening for sports. Coming to the drinks, we had ordered wheat beers, lager, stout. The taste of Wheat beer was awesome and perfectly brewed. Coming to the food, had ordered Burger, Chili coriander spicy chicken, Moroccan spiced chicken, Pizza, falafel, grilled chicken melted cheese Nachos, Charred Chicken breast lemon thyme gravy with roasted roots, Chicken olive lemon mint souvalaki, Chicken breast with Quinoa, Chicken popcorn. All the items except the Chicken breast with Quinoa were good in taste and served at perfect temperature and the presentation was pretty. The best was Chicken breast and Chicken olive lemon mint sovalaki. Coming to the service, it was not great as the servers are not much attentive towards us. Had asked to change the Chicken breast with Quinoa as the quinoa wasn't good at all. And they refused to do so. Here's my drill down review.
Ambience: 4/5
Efficiency of Service: 2/5
Taste of food: 3/5

Read moreTLDR: Good ambience, sub-par service, food and hospitality.
The most stand-out feature of Biere Street is the way the place has been setup. It's got a very different feel to it compared to other breweries and pubs. Large open-air spaces and tasteful decour are definitely one of the first things you'll notice. Great first impressions.
Sadly though, that's where all good things end. I'm not quite sure why this place has been rated so highly by so many reviewers.
Cocktails were tasteless, probably among the worst I've had so far. Food was okayish, nothing great in terms of taste or presentation. Can confirm that it was fresh though. The menu is also rather uninteresting.
Service and hospitality were really poor. Waiters and staff don't seem to care to take your order, have never had to wait so long to order food. Their manners were rather coarse as well. Overall, unprofessional, and poorly managed.
Lastly, I want to talk about the pricing. I honestly don't mind paying 650 rupees for a simple cocktail, or even 400 for potato wedges, but what I do expect is that the overall experience should match the price, and if not the price, then at least similar competition. Simply decorating a place isn't a great long term solution for customer retention or satisfaction.
I've been to quite a few places in the city and can say with confidence that Biere Street falls behind 95% of the competition. The only reason I'd even remotely visit this place is for the ambience, nothing else. No repeat visits.
Overall verdict: if you're desperate to try something new and like open spaces, this place might be worth a try, but there's so much much better in the city that you should probably...
