JUST BAKE — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I have been ordering here from more than 5 long years, i am not sure if this is an authentic Just Bake centre of just a Franchise. I recently got a Hazelnut cake costing around 1.2k. To begin with, it came in a very plain box that we would get in any local bakery. Next the writing on the cake was done very shabbily, nothing was readable. Then coming to the main part, i ordered Hazelnut cake, and to my surprise i found just 3 Hazelnut pieces on the top and the cake as a whole tasted like a very basic cake from a local bakery with no Hazelnut flavour at all. When we contacted the customer care, they said that there is a new employee there and that why all this was seen in the cake we ordered. So if you are getting a cake from here, think twice, coz Just Bake initially was a really good brand, but now its serving like a very local bakery. In Bangalore, you will get better cakes from Bakingo, Theobroma ,Cake Lane etc. In the Food Industry in Bangalore surviving with heavy completion needs a lot of attention on Quality...

I am from Assam and ordered a cake on 16th late evening, to deliver on 17th around 10 o clock for my friend. The staff was so good and well behaved that without any second thought he agreed to deliver it accordingly. Secondly, the cake was just love. I ordered a Pure Punch Eggless cake, It was very yummy and fresh. It was fully chocolate and it tastes heavenly and the birthday boy was fully satisfied with both the service and taste too. Thanks to JustBakes for making it happen in such a short period of time. They have kept their words. I will rate 5/5 for both the service and taste of the cake. I will surely order...

Extremely worst experience. I feel this Justbake service is a scam. They looted my money and didn't deliver cake even after 6 days of order although they promised to deliver it within 2 hours window. There is no mechanism to track the order. The WhatsApp number given in the website is utterly useless. It simply says that my order number doesn't exist. They didn't bother to deliver the cake till date nor have they refunded the money. Not even a basic apology. I strongly recommend that this is a scam website and pls don't order...
