This bakery when started two three years back was giving importance for preparations and was. items were tasty.When he picked up business the quality of items are becoming hopeless.How ? see item by item. Russk. Now it is baked strongly and it is chaared with black colour with bitter taste. 2.Puff. The size of puff is hopelessly big with enormous layer, putting into mouth is big problem the stuffs inside are not with quality vegetables masala is hopeless. bitter in taste. 3.Buns. Unesserly preparing bigger buns selling it at the exorbitating rates. Instead inthe same meterial small buns can be made and sold athe same rate. Plain Cake sold in plastic box:-. You can see the box most of the cakes inside the box are broken in to pieces and if we open it only dust of cake is there.You cannot see a single cake with rectangle shake 5 toast.:- You are using endpieces of sweet bread loaf which is not good .You have to use salt vread loafs and you are putting onion masala which is decomposed and not healthy to eat. 6:-Khara and other condiments:- It appears the raw nereril used is Maida and not gram flour.the taste of khara has become hopeless. 7:-Kodubale: - The taste is horrible no salt no chillies (sappe). if we eat it is too dense ( gatti) and while eating bitter taste. Finally all the items rates have been doubled in just three years.You are not supposed to charge the items arbitrarily .for ex khara which was 65 per packet is now 95. you have raised it all of a sudden Rs 35. Please maintatin quality and rates. Don't think whatever we prepare people will eat . They will be watching. Otherwise people will slowly deviate to other locations. Horrible place. I bought bread, rusk and hurigalu. The rusk was terrible doesn’t look like it is from IYENGAR bakery. The hurigalu was smelling of staleness. This doesn’t look like an authentic iyengar bakery. Everything is prepackaged and they even had a day old pakoras. When I asked they said they can’t make it fresh everyday!!
