Staff's behaviour with customers was good and they have variety of cakes. I guess little maintenance is required inside and outside and in handling cakes also. Brought half KG black forest there was lot of cream instead of bread. Taste was good but lot of cream had to throw away. Please have a look into it and also I see some reviews given by others too please have a look and resolve so that brand name is not spoiled. Overall okay but improvement is required in cake and maintenance.

Very bad customer service. I ordered a cake for home delivery, even after waiting for 2 hours the cake didn't arrive. I would've called customer care atleast 10 times before going to the store myself. When I inquired, store ppl said tht there was no such order. After fighting with them for almost 15 min, they realised their mistake n handed me over one cake. I ordered pineapple cake whereas I got black forest. One of the worst experiences. Wouldn't recommend this at all.

I have been a JuskBake customer for many years now and always had pleasent experience till now.

But recently I had a very bad and unprofessional experience with your KR Puram, Bangalore branch. I made an order for a Birthday cake by paying Rs.400+Rs.75[delivery charges] on 4-Nov-2018 for an order to be delivered at 11AM on 6-Nov-2018. But on the date of delivery they completely forgot my order and till 2PM I didn't get the delivery. I tried contacting on their number which was always not reachable. Then I had to personally visit the store by taking a break from my office which is 18KMS from the shop to remind them. They didn't even appologize for their mistake and kind of indirectly telling that its my mistake not to remind them. I had ordered in other branches of JustBake in past and never had...

It's just the place where you can get the best cakes in the city. I love the cakes from Just Bake but it will be little costly compared to the other local confectionery shops. Just Bake has the option to customise the cake w/wo egg.

It's located just near the TC Palya signal and is easily accessible. You might not see the desired cake available if you haven't done a customised order. There will be limited cakes available for take and go and if you want your desired flavor then you probably need to call up and confirm around 12 jours before you need it.

I have ordered customised cake. I paid full payment through online. They showing attitude while delivering the cake he refuse to deliver the cake.... He asking delivery charge 250. My delivery location is TC palya but they asked 250 for delivery while delivering the cake he refuse to give the cake. His intention only money. It's for birthday surprise I have clearly asked to staff before delivery, don't ask payment from receiver nu.... But they spoiled everything I have paid 5000.00 for the cake. He get back the cake to their shop again his intention only money money.... Very worst service don't send such a nonsense delivery person even they didn't understand our language. Try to avoid...
