I recently ordered a veg somsa platter from Zomato on my birthday, but unfortunately, I received a non-veg platter instead. This was particularly distressing since I was observing a fast from morning and had specifically ordered a vegetarian dish. The mistake not only ruined my day but also left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
