Royal Treat Party Hall — Attraction in Bengaluru

I had organised a my Son's Birthday Party in this Hall for 120 + person and event was not organised properly by the Hall Management. Dinner was not properly managed. Spoons were missing, many guests complained for not having spoons and forks and literally they had to eat noodles and veg Biryani (was not like any biryani, it was pulav), with bare hands. Parking issue where security mis manged the parking and literally my guests complained for damage to their car bumpers.

One starter was completely missing and I was not compensated properly. We told to keep dahi bada instead we got curd wada (medhu wada and curd).

After that when I was avoiding not give any rating they sent me a message for checking who posted the parking review (some guest did it due to the damage to their car). Very very unprofessional.

Had a very pathetic experience. Even the cleaner had taken tips from me and then had the audacity to go and ask tips separately from my wife on name of kids and what not, saying party hall management dont give anything, not sure how she is cleaning without anything.

Totally messed up and pathetic experience after spending so much of money to make the day memorable.

Yes it will be a memorable day as it got spoiled.
