KFC — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Pathetic Service: We have ordered from this new KFC in RR Nagar through Swiggy and it has always been a disappointment. This was the 4th time my family or I have ordered from this place and every time there has been an issue. The first time we were served one piece less than the order, I thought it was a mistake they must have made and let go of it. The second time one item was missing. We had guest at home and didn't have the time to complain. The 3rd time my son had ordered and again we were served one piece less. Today I ordered 4 pieces crispy chicken and again out of the 4 pieces 3 were ribs and 1 wing . Before this store opened we have been ordering from the KFC in Gopalan Arcade and never had a problem all these years. In a 4 piece order we would get mixed pieces including a leg piece and a breast piece ( Being very specific in my description since we would order this combination regularly from Gopalan Arcade Mall) and never felt disappointed . I feel cheated after paying so much money. Initially I still gave a benefit of doubt that this is a new outlet and might have made a mistake but now am very convinced that these guys are deliberately doing it. You cannot go wrong so many times. I plan to raise this with Yum Resturants Head Office and let them know how their loyal customers for years is being taken for a ride by...

KFC in RR Nagar sucked. First off all there is no one present at the front desk. Especially elderly people coming without the knowledge of POS systems they will have to suffer. So not a user friendly place for elderly people. Second is the staff, They are careless and their attitude is even more careless. Most of the time, our orders will be incorrect or somehow they mess things up. So when taking away or chosen to take delivery from KFC, plz do carefully check. For eg: I had ordered 3 popcorn and 8pcs bucket and I got 3 burgers and 2 rice bowl. Third , there is no one to maintain the cleanliness, when I was taking delivery ,All chairs and tables were dirty and restrooms were not clean as well.

Not sure if this is happening because they are less staffed or not sure what is the reason but this is becoming really painful.

And your online feedback form or page also does not work. In simple words, avoid RR Nagar KFC cos they are not worth spending money or time...

I recently tried the spicy chicken from KFC, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The coating was soggy and lacked any real crunch, while the spice level was almost nonexistent. It didn’t have that bold kick I was hoping for, and instead, it was bland with a strange aftertaste. The chicken itself felt greasy and overcooked, leaving it dry and unpleasant. I was expecting much more from KFC, especially with their reputation for fried chicken, but this was just disappointing. I won’t be ordering it again. make matters worse, I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order. It was frustrating, especially when the food finally arrived lukewarm and underwhelming. The long wait only made the disappointing experience worse. I expected fresh, hot chicken, but instead, it felt like it had been sitting around for too long. I can’t justify the wait for such a subpar meal. Definitely not worth the time...
