Ordered through Swiggy, and it was a complete disappointment. The food arrived cold and poorly packed. Quantity was much less than expected, and the taste was nowhere close to what Meghana Foods is known for. Totally not worth the price.

Customer support was of no help, and there was no proper response from the restaurant either. Very careless in handling online orders.

I have been having food in Meghana since almost a decade and since 2 months they have reduced the quantity of the order by almost 30%. If you are worried about the profitability, you guys should increase the price and not decrease the quantity.

Further update on 18 Apr 23 - Ordered twice from Meghana and it turned out to be the most spiciest biryani ever had. My daughter who is a fan of meghana, couldn't have more than few bits and had to load it with curd to cover the spiciness. She has asked me never to order from meghana again.
