KFC — Restaurant in Bengaluru

We had ordered, 1 crisper meal, 1 zinger box, mini popcorn that comes with meal, 2 wings, and fries with Pepsi. The chicken in the burgers was dried and hard as though they have reroast the old chicken and stuffed in. Even the hot wings were not fresh, because the chicken was old and deep fried again n again, the chicken was really hard and had some kind of smell while eating. I complaint about this right there and we got chicken strips which is of nothing special. Even after complaining they give same kind of dried and hard chicken. So I guess they are fooling the customers there with all old stock food. Fries, the French fries were cold and fully dried that was very clear that it is absolutely not fresh. I complained and they can fresh ones. We go to such restaurants to spend some quality time with family with hungry stomachs and this is what they give wasting our money. The bill was about 550. This outlet has disappointed us so much, it made me feel like I should never go to any of the KFC. Even the people who loves chicken the most will start hating it if they eat this kind of food. I don't know if there's any auditing happening at this location they are ruining the fame and respect that KFC had earned all this while now. Pathetic decided not to go to this...

Horrible Experience! Last evening I took away 14 pieces of Crispy Chicken from this KFC outlet and the moment I entered my car, it stank badly. Upon reaching home, understood that the chicken used was extremely stale and was deep fried and served. I reached out to the CC and the store manager visited my home, smelled the food, agreed that it was not good at all to be consumed, and refunded the entire amount immediately

This is my 2nd experience in the last 2 months from the same outlet; earlier my parents had stomach upset and I had complained back then as well.

While the store apologized, I truly regret my decision to revisit the outlet. Quality check is not done; unsure why the food standards are not maintained and understand how much of a problem this can create. You cannot have food served this way.

I've consistently found this KFC branch to be among the top 3 in Bengaluru when it comes to taste. The chicken here is undeniably great, and that's a major draw for me. However, I must mention that the wait times can be quite extensive due to the limited number of staff available to take orders. It's not uncommon to find only one person handling the entire order queue, which can be frustrating during busy hours.

Additionally, the ordering kiosks, which could potentially alleviate the wait times, are often out of service. This is a bit disappointing as they could greatly enhance the efficiency of the ordering process.

Despite these operational challenges, I keep coming back for the delicious chicken. I hope the management considers investing in improving the service speed and maintenance of the kiosks to make the overall experience even...
