Worst Delivery Experience with Swiggy!
I'm extremely disappointed with Swiggy's service. Here's what happened:
I ordered food from KFC at 9:40 PM, but after a long wait, the KFC Gottigere branch cancelled my order without notification. I reordered from KFC JP Nagar 2nd Phase, but the delivery took far too long.
Upon arrival, I found missing items, and the live tracking feature was useless, showing the delivery person stuck in one location for 30+ minutes. Customer care was unhelpful and didn't address my concerns.
To make matters worse, the food arrived cold, the order was incorrect, and the packaging was subpar with leaks and spills everywhere.
What's more, Swiggy's practice of clubbing multiple deliveries together, even for orders over ₹1000 with paid delivery charges, is unacceptable.
This experience was the final straw in a series of consistently poor services from Swiggy in my area. I will not recommend Swiggy.

Read moreVery disappointed. Ordered today. The attitude of the delivery boy is too irritated. He won't deliver to our home address. We are usually ordered through swiggy and they will deliver to our home. We are near to town. Only 5 km distance. That guy saying he will not deliver, And saying we have wrongly entered our address . So we told, we will collect the item from the half way.But he refused .
