Nexus Shantiniketan mall KFC in the food court floor is worst kfc in the world . And staff is terrible and poorly trained on customer skills . They also someone have hot and crispy chicken which ever time of the day . However on google maps This location is wrong and does not match with the address called Forum Shantiniketan mall. So you actually can't review KFC. It's a templates QSR. At least in terms of taste. The dishes will taste the same, the place will look the same, people behind the counter will be dressed the same, the smell inside the place will be the same. However ...

Service is a human element. And it won't be the same. This one has bad service with long waiting periods.

Getting cold items is also a pointer on service. Yes sometimes you end up getting cold stuff.

The outlet at Forum mall is outstandingly pathetic. they charge for a large portion of pop and all you get are the crumbs loaded at the bottom and 4 peices of pop corn on the top. Secondly it was supposed to be 8 peices of strips with 2 dips. Dips werent served. ?????????? Is anyone monitoring these things ????? thirdly, they charge you for what is not ordered and then they tell you, it is instead of something else. We ordered the pop corn, they charged us for 8 portions of dips amounting to INR 165, for 4 peices of chicken...
