I had to send a parcel to Canada and contacted Ms Esha, she gave us details and the way she handles the customer we were convinced to go ahead with Fastway courier. I get a follow up call from another lady who behaved like those women trying to sell cheap items during shandy days in villages. She had a very bad talk culture. I still go ahead neglect the talk culture (I ignored this red flag at this stage - My mistake).
The delivery person comes for pickup and a big mess is created saying volumetric weight and size of box is restricted and lot of stories. The 6 kg box is so small that you can't load even 3 kgs of goods in it until it is really heavy weight items.
There is a big confusion on volumetric weight and actual weight. The village lady of shandy day calls again and starts arguing goes upto the level and says YOU ARE NOT LOGICAL just because I was trying to understand how can we fit 6kgs in such a small box. Where fitting 3 kg of regular items are difficult, only 3kg of heavy items can go into it. This typical villager shandy day women starts an argument with bad tone and talk as to she is right with no clear reasoning - 100% desi, asli villager. I refuse to speak to her as the attitude and behaviour was terribly bad and unacceptable in business terms. I call Ms Esha (inspite of she being on leave for Bakrid festival she went that extra mile to ensure things go smooth - hats off to her) and we added more things and made the total volume to 9 kgs to send Ms Esha agreed on a 10 kg box for a special price.
The strange thing with this company is they repack your items in their premises and don't allow you to pack nor they pack the box in your premises in front of you. THIS IS THE CATCH, KEEP READING TO UNDERSTAND THE PLAY.
The items get shipped and the box reaches Canada without few items missing and no information to me from Fastway Courier. I call Ms Esha and she tracks it and finds these items in their godown. I get a call from another staff saying that she will organize delivery same-day/ next day. Finally it took 3 days for them to return the item after I do a follow up call to them. Few items were removed by FASTWAY COURIER TEAM during repacking and not sent from the point of origin.
THE WHOLE LOGIC WAS THAT THESE ITEMS WEIGHING 1.5 KG WAS REMOVED SO THAT THEY SAVE ON WEIGHT AND MAKE THAT EXTRA MONEY AS PROFIT IN SHIPPING.
First the follow up lady has a bad presentation on phone with a pathetic way of talk culture. Second they reduce the weight by giving reasons and make more profit by reducing the weight of the parcel.
I REGULARLY SEND ITEMS TO CANADA, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WITH THESE UNTRUSTWORTHY FASTWAY COURIER. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU TO SEND COURIER THROUGH INDIA POST AND YOUR PARCEL REACHES SAFE AND SECURE WITHOUT CHEATING, IT TAKES 4 TO 5 DAYS EXTRA BUT YOU ARE SURE THAT ALL THINGS YOU SENT REACHES THERE.
DO NOT DEAL WITH FAST WAY COURIER AS THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND AS A CUSTOMER WE PAY FOR THE SERVICES AND NOT TO LISTEN FROM UNPROFESSIONAL, BAD TALK CULTURE FOLLOW UP LADY IN THIER TEAM.

I had sent a consignment in Oct'23 from Mumbai to Australia ( Sydney). Of the 6 boxes that were dispatched ( 30 kg each box), ONLY 5 were Delivered. Inspite of FOLLOW UP, no one has bothered to offer any compensation and there has been absolutely no response. I must admit, initially the operations team under Ms. Ruth has tried her best and on one occasion Mr. Husain confirmed that he will revert me with compensation offer after speaking to the MD. However, there has been no revert. I have lost goods worth 55 thousand INDIAN RUPEES with this loss. This is after paying around 18000+ GST for this parcel courier charges. WORST CASE : Your company DID NOT EVER INFORM that there was NO INSURANCE arrangement available from your end.
In the second consignment , which was sent in Nov'23 , there was an exchange of box with another person in Sydney. There has been absolutely no attempts made by your partner in Australia to help us get our consignment deliver in time after rectifying the error siting that the offices are closed. I had finally co-ordinate with Mr. Ajay and spend over $ 100 to get the boxes collected from far off destination. Apart from your operations people Ms. Ruth, no one ever bothered to check for compensation for this kind of goof up.
After paying a total of INR 250000 in above two consignments, I have had a pathetic grievance redressal from your end and you have no concern at all. This just shows that you do not care for your customers.
I must say, if some of your customers get their consignments delivered in tact, it is owing to their good luck rather than your professional services.
To all those who wish to use this courier services, may god help you and get your consignments delivered all intact. However, if something goes wrong , there is NO ONE IN THIS COMPANY WHO WILL RESPONSIBLY try to RESOLVE. They absolutely DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL on their Partners in Australia ( in my experience ) and are honestly not bothered.
I must however admit that your operations staff were polite during their communication but have absolutely no power or authority and your senior management DOES NOT BOTHER. I will also candidly admit that packing was done well by their ground staff. However, as I said, if you have any issue in your delivery, THERE IS NO ONE WHO WILL HELP YOU. Read moreI know I can never be grateful enough and compensate the kindness with which Fastway Worldwide Express employees Mr Hussein and his superiors as Mr Farhan Hyder helped me, in the case of some medication which was so crucial for the health of my nephew. I am also aware that people who read my review might think that Fastway Worldwide Express has some connection with me or I want to promote them or I have been asked by them to write nice things about them. The truth is that I am totally a stranger to the employees of Fastway Worldwide Express which includes Mr Hussain and all along while there was solving my problem of enabling some very essential medication to reach my very dear nephew I felt as if Fastway Worldwide Express care for my nephew more than I do. I still don't believe that in current day and age there can be people were so compassionate, so professional and so friendly. All my life I will never be able to to repay the debt of kindess which I owe to Fastway Worldwide Express especially Mr Hussain and his superior Mr Farhan Haider. It is not just that they were kind to me or friendly or compassionate what is important is that they are professionally very very superior and even then their humble. These guys deserve to be rewarded by the government of India for the humanitarian help they extend all humans all citizens of India. As long as I live they are my heroes and I made sure that I told my very dear nephew to never forget that they took care of his health. I sincerely would not have imagined that there is an organisation or which values humanity so much and where the the employees of the organisation be it the manager or the foot soldiers really uphold humanity. What ever I write in this field for writing about my experience with Fastway Worldwide Express I will not be satisfied with myself that I could Express exactly the level of professionalism, compassion and friendliness that I got to know.
