Tucked away between shops is this hole in the wall where the mother-son duo make the best hot Indian snacks you can have. This place has been my go to for almost a decade now . Must try is their samosa chole chat, cannot recommend it enough. Also try their mirchi bajji, meduvada with chutney, chat masala and onions and coriander sprinkled. Though they pack stuff and give you, my recommendation is to have your fill their itself. Soggy bajjis will not do justice to this place. Sathyanarayan( the owner) is very attentive and will ask you your spice preferences and make your order accordingly. The gulab jamun’s here are soft and not super sweet which works perfectly for and my parents. The shop is open, Monday- Saturday: 5 pm to 10 pm (as long as supplies last). However I go there right at 5 pm because it is less crowded and all the items are available. The price is super reasonable for the taste and quantity. So if you are looking to support small business that make good food without burning a hole in your pocket- Sudha Chaats is the place to go to. This place has also been reviewed by Food lovers tv so if you want to learn more do checkout their...
Read moreMy love for kachoris started here when I was a little girl. My father used to buy kachori chaats for me and the family and today, 20+ years later, I come here by myself to buy kachori chaats for my father and the family. The taste, the satisfaction and the owner's warm greetings hasn't changed a bit. I absolutely love coming here to eat and parcel kachoris for later. Plus the bhaiya loves to feed customers, which in itself, is such a wholesome experience. He greets you like a family member or close friend. Today, there are several kachori places in Bangalore but none of them come close to this nostalgic shop. I've been obsessed with their tamarind chutney since I was 8. I can't help but smile everytime I wait for bhaiya to prepare the chaat for me. Looking at the shop, the new customers and the old customers makes me smile. This will forever be my favourite...
