Come here if you love eating some ants!! No, I am not joking!!

I used to love this place but not this one specific location at Koramangala 4th block. Highly unprofessional staff, who would first not listen to your order properly and then behave rudely after serving bad items.

We were served with ants on the Mississippi Mud and the guy in the store talked so rudely. He was extremely insensitive instead of being slightest bit apologetic. Says nothing will happen if you eat some ants, it is protein only. Utter nonsense !!!

It doesn't end here, when asked to prepare a new one, specifically asked him to check if his counter had ants or one of the items was spoilt, so that we can cancel the order or order something else.. on that he angrily takes out the old order (which had ants) puts infront of us and says "I will prepare a new one for free of cost, happy now?"

Before asking this he was just doing something with the same old order to remove the visible ants, can you even believe this guy!! Highly unprofessional and inhuman !! We just walked away from the store, didn't want to argue with such a person. Such shops should be permanently closed for not following basic hygiene.

My order was delayed. When I had call with Zomato support they blamed merchant made deley to prepare. I never believed them and informed to take conference- the lassi shop keeper was rude to Zomato support and never knew I was on call and commented that "is Customer is died" later hearing to my voice he just disconnected and not responding back to call. This is how they respect customer.

Do not stop this branch untill unless they respect the customer. They are not giving free to us. To take words @hope no one will face...

I had earlier tried their juice in a different branch. It was really great. This branch did well when it was new.. Now the Staffs look like their least interested.. They are always into open argument with the owner aunty and the aunty in turn shows it on the customer.. I stay close by so I see this scene everyday.. It's a turn off to the customer..
