Bangalore had been blessed with a cheese baby, finally!! 😄 This is that shop that you think you might not want. But that, which you need. I liked how Benjamin and Katarina were able to explain to me what each cheese tasted like. And the way how they explained, what it must feel like to taste the cheese without actually tasting it. And then they offer you some of the items to try; and that really gives you an idea about all the others. They also have spreads from ishika farms, along with quite a good collection of other preserves and jams. So i got two cheeses displayed in the pictures. One is crottin - Made of goat cheese and containing a tiny layer of activated charcoal in the middle. It's covered in white mold (which is totally safe to eat and fine) and this cheese is slanted towards the tangy side of cheeses. I loved it. The other cheese that i got was closely related to mozzarella and I'm forgetting the name. It's definitely more flexible, cute and way too cool than the boring old mozzarella . Another, must try. Read moreBeing a novice in grazing boards, I was really looking at some expertise to arrange boards for my party of 15+. Nari and Kage proved to be the light at the end of my research tunnel. I loved how it was easy to share requirements for the party and get 2 boards curated to perfection. The board comprised of Boursin, Gruyere, Edam, Marinated feta, Zaatar Chèvre, crackers, seasonal fruits turkey ham, Milano salami, chicken ham, tapenade and nuts. This ensemble was a roaring success at the party and it’s still getting talked about with admiration. Appreciate the effort and the final experience - all cheeses were loved and cleaned right off the boards! For people living far off, delivery could be...
