Leon's Burgers & Wings RR Nagar — Restaurant in Bengaluru

The first two times i came to this outlet, we were very happy and satisfied and even thought of doing a promo video for this outlet. From then onwards every time I've ordered from online as well as while dining in, we've have plenty of issues... First thing they won't let u use the app to order with discounts..now i guess those have stopped... Secondly they either don't know their menu or they keep altering for their convenience. If you ask for two piece chicken they will say no its not possible u should order 4... I then tell them fine it's available online I'll order that way and they don't agree ... Now if you order four piece hot and spicy chicken you get 3 large piece and one leg piece ...so is it in KFC and any other fried chicken centre ..but here even if you order single piece chicken they give you leg piece ... One piece costs about 120, two its double and only 4 piece comes at a lower piece rate and that's why one leg piece makes sense.. even if you go to take 8, 10,12 the rates are now at this same range and doesn't discount for more pieces here ... So it doesn't make sense charging 120 and giving a leg piece.. leg piece is a even different item on the menu and is about 95 only ... The last time when i pointed out this at the person who served us ..he didn't even bother trying to do somthing nor did the managers bother what was happening..they just keep conducting meetings whenever I've been there and doesn't maintain their brand at all nowadays. Its so pitty to see how bad the service has been in this outlet and i hope i atleast could find other outlets which would not give be a horrible experience .. Some more points to add to these are the waiting time even when the outlet is empty ,less filing in pita the last time I had.. a meaningless apology to this review makes no sense ..if they really cared they would have atleast tried to hear customers when they are at the situation. Good for the restaurant if it takes its business seriously or else could shut down in near...

Let me begin by firstly saying that i was an ardent fan of this place for the last 6 months. I always ordered from this place and their Paneer Popcorn, fully loaded fried and burgers were to die for! However, since then there has been a steady decline in the quality and quantity of their food. They started with reducing the quantity of fried and Paneer Popcorn, their burgers started missing the amazing sauces and following that their burger sizes had gone down. I went to the store as i wanted to see if i pick up directly from the store would lead to a better quality and quantity but i left disappointed. The second time i went to the store and i asked them directly to review the quantity and quality and they told me that their quantity has been set by the owner and quality is the "same". I want satisfied with the answer but i really rooted for the brand hence i still purchased every i needed and left. 2 weeks back i ordered again and this time they hit an all time low. I are their burger and loaded fries and with 2 hours i developed an intense case of food poisoning and had to go to the hospital to get better. It took me a week to heal and post that I have sworn never to order from this place ever again. So, this has been my experience and I am really disappointed to see the brand decline in its quality and i realty hope it can get back to where it was when i started purchasing from them. Pretty good place, they have always been a legacy to me, for a quick bite or even otherwise, a yummy meal! I used to have to travel all the way to Domlur at first just to get a donor wrap but they are spread out all over Bangalore that's amazing!! - (Review for 18th June)

Since it is pretty close to where I live, I decided to Dine In - I wasn't very happy, the QUANTITY was Disappointing (Chicken Donor Salad - Rs.190/-) and the cutlery - horrible! I've come to the restaurant itself & the least that is expected is steel spoons/forks, bcoz I could barely hold anything in that wooden fork or spoon available. The paper plate oh my my God - very bad!

The QUALITY/TASTE of their food is OUTSTANDING, but in general I have to say the cutlery & the quantity depreciated their overall rating by 1 whole star!
