A good intiative by Karnataka Govt. Thanks to that.. The canteen is descent, neat and the food available is tasty.. ₹10 per meal. A meal include, 300gm of rice, 100gm of curdrice and sambar.(data collected from the manager Mr.Mahesh). This meal would be sufficient to many. If people feel having little more, they will have to buy another coupon and get the meal..

There is no token system. Just walk in.. first come first serve basis No much queue At peak times it will be little crowded but to manage crowd, stone/concrete tables are available in the premises.. Cleanliness is well maintained The crew are neat enough.. RO system is provided for drinking water Cold and normal water is available in the premises..

Overall a decent place to have lunch..

Mid day meals are much better than those being provided at this Indira cantene. Anna Sambhar...or Anna Rasam. No other option. If there is no nutrition in the food being provided by government then it needs 0 star actually. But 2 stars for the price at which they provide..because few people are geting...
