Magic Grill Restaurant — Restaurant in Bengaluru

This place used to be good and have really well filling portions. I don't know what happened, I went there recently to have the yummy Alfahm I used to get from there, but came out very very disappointed.

They said they don't provide quarter portions(serves 1) only half and full is there. So, I ordered full plate shawarma, and it costs around INR 140. So, obviously paying 140 is not that much , because it's a plate shawarma, with sufficient meat and 2 kubboos bread along with it. But , I was so much pissed when I came home and opened the parcel. The quantity of the meat was so less that, I doubt even a normal shawarma roll will be having more meat than this. And I felt like I wasted 140 for nothing.

I can't really express how I felt seeing that, even the container it was packed in(the small foil container) was half empty. Coming to the kubboos, it was not even warm to touch, consider, I live 5min distance from the restaurant, and its not even cooked properly.

I'm utterly disappointed, in the quantity. My rating 2/5 Recommended: No. You can find better deals on zomato or swiggy. Or there are other restaurants as well .

I had a very disappointing experience at Magic Grill Shop when I went there and ordered chicken noodles.

Terrible Customer Service: The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They lacked basic courtesy and behaved in an intimidating manner, which is unacceptable.

Unhygienic Environment: The cleanliness of the shop was appalling. Tables were dirty, and the overall hygiene was far below standard, making the dining experience very uncomfortable.

Old Stock Food: The chicken noodles tasted stale, suggesting they might be using old stock ingredients. This raises serious concerns about the quality and safety of their food.

Delayed Service: Despite the shop not being busy, the service was painfully slow. It seemed like the staff didn’t care about customer satisfaction.

Overpriced: To make matters worse, the prices are significantly higher compared to other places, which is unjustified given the poor quality and service.

The owner must take immediate action to improve cleanliness, ensure food freshness, and train staff to behave appropriately. Until then, I would strongly advise...

I recently visited Magic Grill Shop and ordered chicken noodles, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant.
