McDonald's — Restaurant in Bengaluru

They served me stale large fries, I was on a call when I started having it. After a couple of minutes they sent the cleaning staff Who was partially handicapped to check how was the fries, I felt very bad that the lady at the reception would do put forward him to get feedback on something she was aware was bad. I told the differently able guy that it was cold n dry, he proposed to replace it but I said no, bcz i didn't feel it right. When I was done, I went to the counter and asked for the supervisor, I shared my unhappiness with the whole situation, while he was apologetic the lady at the counter responsible pulled him back suggesting to not entertain me... Anyway, I was on a short break with a colleague and would not have taken replacement but their service is bad food is bad... Unfit for serving in...

The staff needs training. Mcdonalds is supposed to have invented Fast food, yet here it works like a regular restaurant with the usual delay(inspite of low occupancy) after order is placed. Even though placing the order is through the machine, it doesn't appear to make the process more efficient or faster. Everything is very slow. The staff are pleasant enough but don't smile when facing the customer. Need refresher training and a relook at the processes including Mis en place. Placing an order & getting it should be really fast at a Fastfood outlet

And.... you cannot be wet mopping your whole restaurant at 11.45 am with customers coming in for a quick bite. This was not a spill/accident being mopped, but a regular exercise.Customers could not approach the counter because there was...

I am the regular customer to visit ur store every time,I feel comfortable here, I enjoy the moment every visit. My favourite burger chicken cheese burger. Some time I am facing the network problem I humbly request to MacDonald team please put one wifi . Every time I treated by ur staff. Last week i visit with my team its was great experience it will be memorable. I recommend the another to visit this restaurant and enjoy your moment...
