Visited Minsk near BTM Layout, which is advertised as a Belarus-themed bar, but honestly, it didn’t really feel like one. The ambiance was nice since it’s a rooftop bar, and they had live music playing when we visited, which added to the vibe. However, the food options were quite limited, mainly focusing on bar bites rather than a diverse menu.
Chicken Sukka – A classic South Indian-style dish. It was flavorful and well-spiced, making it a great pairing with drinks.
Mushroom Cheese Melt – Decent, but nothing extraordinary. The cheese was gooey, and the mushrooms were well-cooked, but the overall dish lacked a wow factor.
Paneer Tikka Achari – Soft, well-marinated paneer with a nice tangy achar flavor. One of the better dishes of the evening.
Veg. Hakka Noodles – A basic, standard dish—nothing too special, but it worked as a filler.
Drinks We Tried: Blood Hound, Olga, Barman Special – All decent cocktails, but nothing that stood out flavor-wise.
Belarus (Dessert Cocktail) – Easily the best drink of the night! A unique dessert cocktail with ice cream—something I tried for the first time and absolutely loved. Rich, creamy, and indulgent, it was the highlight of the evening.
Great rooftop vibes, but needs better food variety and a stronger...

🍹 The mocktails were a refreshing delight! We tried the Pina Colada, and it was smooth, creamy, and perfectly blended, making it a great non-alcoholic treat. The drinks menu had a nice selection of refreshing options to complement the food.

Read moreMinsk is the newest restobar in town, offering a serene escape with lush natural greenery surrounding its space. The rooftop seating is perfectly designed to catch stunning sunsets, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed evening. What sets Minsk apart is the peaceful ambiance—no loud music, just the quiet rustle of leaves, making it feel miles away from the city’s hustle, while being in the city.
The drinks menu is beautifully curated, with each cocktail crafted to perfection. I personally enjoyed the Kazan cocktail, which was a refreshing delight. If you have a sweet tooth, I recommend trying the Belarus cocktail—a dessert cocktail that’s both rich and indulgent.
The food here is an Indian spread with a twist. The Asian Orange Chicken was a great match for my palette, and the tandoor selections are definitely worth exploring. For dessert, I tried the Irish Coffee Pudding, a unique combination of bread pudding with condensed milk and a hint of Irish liquor—truly divine.
