Momoz Chinese Delicacy — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I had a wonderful dining experience at Momoz, a restaurant in BTM 2nd Stage, offering Chinese and Thai cuisine. The meal started with a flavorful hot and sour chicken soup, followed by perfectly deep-fried Drums Of Heaven with Schezwan sauce, and deliciously stuffed chicken cheese momos. For the main course, I ordered butter garlic fried rice and burnt pepper chicken, both of which were impressive. The ambiance, blending Chinese themes with cozy cafe vibes and adorned with charming wall hangings, enhanced the dining atmosphere.

The service was exceptional, particularly from Kiran Thapa, whose professionalism stood out. However, there was another staff member who was somewhat intrusive during our meal, which was a minor annoyance. Despite this, the owner, Sunny, showed remarkable hospitality by offering a complimentary Oreo shake for my son. I did offer to pay for the milkshake, but the owner kindly refused to add it to the bill, a gesture of genuine kindness.

I order triple shezwan fried rice and a thumbs up .Order got delivered and they send Pepsi that to hot maybe they want me to make coffee .Moreover, when I asked swiggy customer care to connect somehow they connected call and there no manager was available when I asked the cashier said he is on leave,then I elaborated him the issue he said I am new here instead of taking care of issue.i told him that if something is not available it's your responsibility to ask customer and tell him the option that was not done secondly the soft drink was hot I think I didn't ordered hot coffee .When I asked further to give the call to the concerned person by the cashier at momoz said I will give you the owner number you can speak with him we can't do anything . So, Mr. Owner I want to inform you your staff doesn't know the hospitality and how to treat customer better you close your restaur.i have give 1 star because it doesn't let me give zero else I would have given zero And by the way thanks for ruining my dinner and making my night pathetic...

I used to order chicken steam rice gravy from this shop frequently through swiggy . recently i noticed they have increased their pricing by 100 rupees still i would order the food as the quantity and quality was good today i ordered food..it was the same chicken steam rice through swiggy who charged me rs 290.hoevsr when i received the order i found that the quantity of gravy has been reduced to 1/3rd of the normal quantity and no one is answering their call at the restaurant. I do not know if it's swiggy or the restaurant or both ..but of late i feel very cheated and taken for granted by both .Momoz today you have lost a very faithful regular customer owing to these cheap tactics you and swiggy are partaking increasing the price and grossly reducing the quantity and quality. Request PPL to please exercise caution while ordering from this store . Swiggy delivery has become pathetic and i hope the restaurant hasn't started cutting cheap corners to make money.momoz is still my favourite restaurant but I'll not order through...
