Mishra Pedha's Big Foods — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Have been purchasing snack items from here since 2019 and while service and staff behaviour continues to be good there are some issues with the products in the recent times:

Chikki is stuck to the butter paper that is placed between layers of chikki and is impossible to remove from. I suspect this is because jaggery has been reduced or is no longer being added to the chikkis and only sugar is being used

Sealing of packets of items such as Chakli, Bakarwadi and mixtures is not proper and there are gaps. Sometimes this goes unnoticed and the item is stale when you take it out

Cookies used to be packed in clear plastic containers. Now they are in plastic pouches inside paper cartons. Many of the cookies are crumbled by the time it gets to you. As the cartons are not see-through, there is no way to avoid such packs when picking up.

Had stopped to purchase Dharwad Pedha in the packaging of 250gms. They refused to give it first even after lot of persuasion. When I told them I want to cancel the order, then they quickly changed their stance and said they could give it to me. I said why go through all the sham if you could give it to me in the first place. In no matter the kind lady (not really sure if I could call her kind) started quarrelling over my statement. Left with no choice I had to leave without ordering. Little did they know that this was going to US for a corporate sampling.

This outlet is worst ever, I have seen. I purchased 2000/- worth Rs. Sweets. I asked for 5 empty box. They behaved rude way & said They can't give even single box. I had no option left. I asked them to cancel all my order due to their rude behaviour. I used to visit very often in past. Henceforth I would not visit them at all.
