Shimmer — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I usually visit bars for their cocktails, and Shimmer is now one of the top bars in town in my opinion.They have a good list of the classics, with the exception of the sazerac.

The staff is attentive and courteous and their manager is very talented.

We have had frozen cocktails before, but Shimmer created a work of art in front of our eyes, complete with the fairy tale cherry on top finish.

In the end we had a drink which the manager made for us called as Agni. It was a beauty to behold with the flavors bold and rich, a classic in its own right.

Verdict: Awesome place to hang out with friends, prices reasonable, and food also very good. Bartenders are very skilled, ask for signature old fashioned. Burger is best in bangalore, juicy patty and very flavorful.
