Today we went to this hotel to drink tea , we ordered one tea and we requested server to give one by two tea and he gave it, we drunk tea and then hotel billing counter girl came and talk rudely with us, u enquired about the issue, she is asking 10 rupees extra,she is telling silly reason you guys are drank tea in 2 glasses that's why u have to pay extra we drunk only 1 tea why should we give 10 rupees extra to her. This is totally worst behaviour of the billing counter girl. Hence pls take action immediately on her . Further we asked her name but she's not informing her name to us staff members also not telling her name . That's why we are writing this to you. Pls take necessary action on her and dismiss her from hotel immediately.How can she talk like this with my husband she treat us like we are uneducated by the way we are not uneducated my husband working as central government employee in ESIC . This matter and this issue not about money and extra extra she treat us in very bad way after this issue every staff members said sry but she didn't say anything. Ordered food from Zomato from Namaste Restaurant, Bangalore, and was absolutely shocked to find rat droppings in the masale dose. This is not just unacceptable but extremely concerning when it comes to hygiene and safety standards.

Hands down one of the best places in Vijayanagar! Super affordable and extremely clean and hygienic, what else can you ask for! The Idly was so soft and the Vada was super crisp and so light! The thick chutney and Sambhar just complimented the Idly and Vada so well. The Dosa is just Rs35 and it's so crispy and perfectly roasted and tasted too good. The KhaaraBath, Shavige were also very good! The coffee and tea are definitely a must try again! Was super good.
