I am writing a review of this hotel as requested by the staff at Nandhini Deluxe in RT Nagar. The staff asked me to write a GOOD review, but I am going to leave an HONEST review, in hope that the hotel staff take the feedback into consideration to improve the hotel for future guests.
First, the staff at the hotel is exceptional. The people working at the hotel are what would make me want to return for a future stay, especially Sourav who made the stay most comfortable and was extra accommodating!
The downside of the stay was definitely the room. The rooms need attention desperately and a deep cleaning.
Many things inside the room are broken and need to be fixed. For example, my refrigerator was on but did not get cold. I made three maintenance requests to have it fixed during my stay but it was never fixed. The card reader to enter the room was broken. The safe had no electricity, the shower door was missing the track and stuck in an open position. There were many maintenance issues in the room, I will not list all of them here.
The cleaning staff did a great job on superficially cleaning the rooms as there was no dust accumulation. But the ceilings in the bathroom had at thick buildup of black dirt and from that has built up over the years. Most of the walls were covered with old dirt marks and smudges that have built up. All these things contribute to a dirty feeling in the room that make it hard for a guest to feel comfortable. I’m sure the rooms were very nice at one point, surely seem to be neglected now.
Breakfast everyday was delicious. The coffee was excellent. But a bit of variety is needed, especially for long term guests.
Lastly, the location is central and close to everything in a safe area. It’s was second to the customer service to the most advantageous things about staying here. You can walk to many restaurants and most major services.
I hope the hotel takes the customer criticism constructively as an opportunity to improve what needs improvement while maintaining all the wonderful things that they are already doing great. It would help justify the rooms rates they charge as they are a bit expensive for what is offered in my opinion.

Prawn Pepper Dry and Chicken Soup: Both of these dishes should ideally be served hot as well, especially soup, which is meant to be comforting. Cold prawn dishes can lose their crispiness and flavor, so it sounds like the kitchen or service team missed the mark.
Lemon Soda Mix-Up: Getting juice instead of a lemon soda can feel dismissive, especially if they didn’t confirm the change with you. It's a small mistake that, combined with the other issues, adds to the frustration.
It sounds like the service and attention to detail at Nandini, RT Nagar, needs improvement. Based on your experience, they could work on consistency and quality checks to meet expectations, especially in maintaining food temperature and ensuring orders are accurate. Sincere request for people who are looking for crashpad for a day or two, to NOT to book at this hotel. Everything about this hotel is pathetic. Rooms are old and not maintenaned and hence infested with rodents. Beds have bedbugs. Linens are old, faded and not washed properly. So are the towels. Morning at 7am we asked for tea and warm water for drinking. Tea arrived half an hour back, which was cold. We were told that warm water will be provided by house keeping and not by room service. I told them that it is for drinking purpose but still the server point blank told that he will not provide it but will be given by housekeeping. Anyways, the warm water diint arrive.!! Also when I told him that tea was cold, this guy told me "it couldnt be because he got it made recently, half an hour back". Now about the complementary breakfast. They had couple of dishes arranged in buffet style. Poor quality food. Inspite of asking water for several times, Servers dint budge. Only when we indicated that we need bottled water, they got it for us. Funniest part was most of the hotel management were seating with guests and having their breakfast.!!
