KFC — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with KFC's handling of a cancelled online order and the subsequent failure to issue a promised refund. ​My order was cancelled by KFC staff, and I was initially told the refund would be processed within a few working days. When that timeline passed, I was given a new, much longer waiting period of 14 working days. I have now waited well beyond this extended period, and my money, for an order I never received, has still not been refunded. ​What is completely unacceptable is the response I received when I called your customer service for assistance. To be told, after weeks of waiting, that "it's not their fault" and they "can't help" is a shocking display of non-existent customer support and a complete dereliction of duty. ​KFC is effectively holding my money hostage for an order that your company cancelled. This is not just poor service; it is a serious issue of financial negligence. The process of getting a refund should be swift, especially when the cancellation is made on your end. Instead, I have been subjected to false promises, excessive delays, and ultimately, an absolute refusal to resolve the issue. ​This entire experience has been a nightmare and has completely destroyed my trust in ordering from KFC online. I demand an immediate resolution and the full refund processed today. It's bit surprising to see this branch of KFC empty even though it's located on a prime street of RT Nagar. But once you walk in you will get know the reason.

AMBIANCE: This KFC has serving counter and a moderately big stand-eat dining area at the ground floor and a vast seating option on First floor. You can't figure out any special thing about the ambiance. However, seating attachments are good, houses all kind of crowd and provides privacy for some extant.

SERVICE: I would rather say, service is too slow. After ordering a simple Veg burger combo we waited around 15 mins to get our order. Even cleaning staff are too slow. They occasionally visit first floor to clean or you should shout and ask for cleaning your desired table.

FOOD: When it comes to quality of food, its low compared to other KFC outlets. We ordered Veg Burger Meal Combo in which Burger bread was soft but ingredients didn't felt fresh and a deep bitter taste was there. I visit KFC mainly for their quality french fries, but here it was not soo good. Instead of being crispy it was soft like half fried potato. Coke supplied with it was also not so strong and was like a juice. Overall our lunch experience was below average.

EVERYTHING ELSE: Parking could be a real problem during peak hours, washroom is located in the first floor and maintained well. Air-conditioning was uneven.

FINAL VERDICT: Lot of improvement is needed in every aspect. If the service & quality continuous like this, KFC will surely lose its brand value...

We, a group of four, walked into the store and found out from a board placed near the counter that there is an offer for 12 piece bucket for INR 499 from every month 30th to next month 5th. They advertised it as payday offer. But, we couldn’t order the same and we asked one of the staff. Then a guy who looked like the shift manager came and called somebody, and took the board away without even trying to listen to our queries. Another staff told us that the offer is not open and the offer starts from next month. Then why should they advertise it in the first place.

We ordered something different and asked the staff in the counter the name of the shift manager to leave a review. She refused and the guy went and hid himself in the kitchen and never came out. I have travelled to many countries and have been to most major fast food chains. This is a first though!!!

After that they gave us one extra meal which we did not order and we returned it. But, they said it was a mistake from their side and cannot take it back and asked us to have it. They even offered to pack it for us. We had to take it as we did not want to waste food.
