7 Plates Rt Nagar — Restaurant in Bengaluru

So I’ve been a customer of 7 plates ever since their branch opened in benson town. I apparently visit this RT Nagar Branch since it’s close to my office. So I’ve always had a negative experience in this RT Nagat outlet. So these are my series of observations to post this review. I usually go alone and don’t get a small bottle of pepsi. I’m forced to buy 600 ml and will naturally waste 30% of the bottle. It’s not that it was once not there. It’s never there. They don’t serve hot water to customers even if the customer is unwell. Biryani to these outlets comes from the central kitchen in 1 portion biryani containers. But when you are dining in they will take good 20 minutes to unpack that container and put it in a plate. Might have complained more than a dozen times but the biryani is as spicy as hell particularly the chicken biryani. The dining in experience will immediately go for a toss when you realise some of their staff don’t understand your language and are impolite to you. Cleanliness and hygiene of the place is not good at all. Whenever asked about the owners we are told there are very busy and rich 3 partners who don’t spare time to visit the store. The problem with this place is that if your order of food costs less, the waiter who takes your order treats you like an unwanted guest,

I had such an experience when I visited this place on 5th January, during lunch time. Our order was a ghee rice, half chicken kebab and a shawarma roll,

The waiter tried to increase the order quantity suggesting costly dishes, but we wanted to stick to what we had ordered,

The waiter then started giving an expression of how you would give an unwanted guest, by smirking weirdly and getting irritated by looking at our order.

All the guest sitting there got their finger bowl, But we had to manage by going into washroom and washing our hands.

When inquired about a dish of theirs which was in offer, he straight away told that's it's only for takeaway not to dine in.

So take your decision, if you wana eat in such a place where discrimination and prejudice exists even among waiters.

P.S: the cleaning staff had much more ethics in treating guests, no complaints on them.

The food quality was OK.. not Bad and not...

Worst food you will ever eat in your life time. Price is too high and for that price they will serve you some uncooked food. You can see the blood of Chicken inside the pieces with that we can understand how they will prepare. People will surely feel some discomfort after eating that raw & uncooked food.

Coming to the service if you report something to them they will somehow will try to manipulate you and will argue with you trying to prove that the chicken will be uncooked wherever you go. They will only agree when you show them how uncooked the food is. You will experience one of them worst service in the restaurant and "I am sure you will regret visiting this restaurant"

Please avoid eating in this restaurant as you might face some health issues and you will loose your peace(People might have come out for a break and for some peace) by arguing with the staff in the restaurant.
