For all the reviews I heard about their food and professionalism, I got to say I'm disappointed.

I ordered chole bhature, for myself and my kids, at around 20:30 today and waited for 25 minutes before asking a person there about my order. He goes into the kitchen, checks something, comes out and informs the cashier that they are low on chole. He bites his tongue realising that all this while I was observing and hearing every word of his. He runs into the kitchen again and comes with my order but runs away from my table before I could say anything. The reason - the chole given was pretty dilute, no points for guessing why. It didn't make any sense for me to make a scene when there were many families around having fun with their kids. I silently ate what could be summarised as one of my worst dinners and got out of the place promising myself to never come...

We ordered Palak papdi chaat from them And as I was half way through the dish found hair in it When we informed the waiter or manager (not sure of designation ) he took the dish and showed the owner. Owner was hardly bothered and gave a weird expression The same dish was then taken to chef who was making chaat he was unbothered too as if it’s very much normal to have hair in there dish. All we ask is a little acknowledgment of the fact that hygiene was compromised and that they would take the issue seriously. When we pay 100 rs for a chaat all we expect is good hygiene or else I would very much prefer roadside chaat. This was my 5th visit here but would never go again because of such behaviour. Highly...

It was most unexpected, hurtful and sadning experience.. I pushed the door to enter restaurant discussing along with my son, 23 years blind man, about ordering Vada pav and chai...that's when I saw a person near the cash counter showing his hand shooing us out. It's inhuman to behave that way. He assumed that it's a person entered for begging. I raised my voice immediately told him to 'behave'. It's a minimum courtesy to welcome people. Already it's difficult for blind person to move around ,on top of that this is how people treat them.
