Read moreAvoid this place. I usually restrict myself posting bad reviews but this place don't even deserve a single star. The person sitting in the billing counter has the guts to use some random old bills, not only by handing over bill directly to me but some the waiter but increasing the bill amount by 20%. I'd almost dragged the bills out of that waiter's hand to find that he'd used some earlier day's bills but the counter fellow was shameless enough to laugh on my face. Leaving my manners aside, I felt like slapping him, but somehow controlled myself to avoid wrong things.
Mind you even if you don't want a cover and even if specifically say it out, even then they bill you Five bucks, GST extra. If you deny paying money for cover, the counter fellow looks as if the customer had committed a crime.

Read morePathetic customer service with a load of arrogance. I ordered about 4 dishes for parcel and was charged 5Rs per container and 7Rs for a cover. The food came after 80 mins of waiting and with great joy I took it and started heading out. The cover did not even hold till the entrance of the hotel and fell down with all the food ordered on the floor. When I complained about this to the manager/owner sitting at the desk he said was not bothered at all acting like it was my fault. I had paid for the cover and it was not given in charity. Neither was I told whether the cover was delicate. The manager had a 'screw you' attitude through the whole episode instead of being at least considerate about it and have the decency to apologise.
