For a better experience food taste & service go hand in hand.. when either of them are not upto the mark we end up having a bitter experience.
We booked a table for 6, after going to the restaurant to our surprise it was full and they gave us a table in balcony where we couldn’t just sit for a minute because of too many flies. We requested them to move us inside and they made us wait for good 1 hour. Staff was poorly coordinated, they gave table to folks who just walked-in while we were waiting. Finally after an hr we got a table, then they didn’t bother to serve water nor asked if we need. Waiters were least bothered to attend us, not just with us but I saw that in every table.. they don’t clear the plates, when called they didn’t respond. Average occupancy time for a table was around 100+ minutes. Had they properly catered customers would eat n move out soon, with staff’s poor management many people kept on waiting. They should be properly trained to adopt to the situation.
Food taste wise was good, but as it was open kitchen I observed cooks using barehands in picking noodles while preparing food. It would be good if they use hand gloves.
Overall they surely need to work on basics, better manage table allotment & reservations and catering to customer needs in timely manner while...
Read moreIf there was an option to give zero stars, I would. My visit to Pasta Street was nothing short of a nightmare — a complete waste of time, money, and patience.
The food? Horrible. Absolutely no flavor, tasted stale, and felt like something thrown together without care. The menu pictures are pure lies — what you see in reality is enough to make you lose your appetite.
The service? Even worse. The staff behaved like they were forced to work there against their will. Rude, inattentive, and painfully slow. We had to keep reminding them for everything — from taking the order to bringing water — and still got treated like we were invisible.
The management? Nonexistent. No one cares about the customers, no one listens to complaints, and there’s zero professionalism. It’s like they’ve given up on running a proper restaurant and are just cashing in on unsuspecting customers.
I walked in expecting a nice meal and walked out feeling robbed. Do yourself a favor — avoid this place at all costs. You will get better food and respect from a street vendor than from this so-called “restaurant.”
To the management: Fix your food, fix your staff, and fix your attitude — or shut the place down. People deserve...
Read moreI recently visited Pasta Street, and while the restaurant has some strong points, the overall experience was quite underwhelming. The infrastructure is impressive—it’s spacious, clean, and family-friendly, with a dedicated kids’ menu that’s a thoughtful addition.
However, the food and service left much to be desired. We ordered the batter-fried fish, which was served cold. When we sent it back, it was refried to the point of being burnt. The ravioli I ordered had a runny cream sauce, and surprisingly, no garlic bread was provided, which is typically standard with pasta. Additionally, the French fries we tried were stale, adding to the disappointment.
The service was slow and disorganized, even though the restaurant was 70% empty. Our table wasn’t cleared promptly, which felt out of place for an establishment with such potential.
On a positive note, the staff did try to make amends by offering a complimentary dessert, which was a kind gesture. However, given the premium pricing of the menu, the overall experience did not meet expectations. I sincerely hope the management focuses on improving food quality and service, as the restaurant has the potential to be...
