For a better experience food taste & service go hand in hand.. when either of them are not upto the mark we end up having a bitter experience.

We booked a table for 6, after going to the restaurant to our surprise it was full and they gave us a table in balcony where we couldn’t just sit for a minute because of too many flies. We requested them to move us inside and they made us wait for good 1 hour. Staff was poorly coordinated, they gave table to folks who just walked-in while we were waiting. Finally after an hr we got a table, then they didn’t bother to serve water nor asked if we need. Waiters were least bothered to attend us, not just with us but I saw that in every table.. they don’t clear the plates, when called they didn’t respond. Average occupancy time for a table was around 100+ minutes. Had they properly catered customers would eat n move out soon, with staff’s poor management many people kept on waiting. They should be properly trained to adopt to the situation.

Food taste wise was good, but as it was open kitchen I observed cooks using barehands in picking noodles while preparing food. It would be good if they use hand gloves.

Overall they surely need to work on basics, better manage table allotment & reservations and catering to customer needs in timely manner while...

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. My visit to Pasta Street was nothing short of a nightmare — a complete waste of time, money, and patience.

The food? Horrible. Absolutely no flavor, tasted stale, and felt like something thrown together without care. The menu pictures are pure lies — what you see in reality is enough to make you lose your appetite.

The service? Even worse. The staff behaved like they were forced to work there against their will. Rude, inattentive, and painfully slow. We had to keep reminding them for everything — from taking the order to bringing water — and still got treated like we were invisible.

The management? Nonexistent. No one cares about the customers, no one listens to complaints, and there’s zero professionalism. It’s like they’ve given up on running a proper restaurant and are just cashing in on unsuspecting customers.

I walked in expecting a nice meal and walked out feeling robbed. Do yourself a favor — avoid this place at all costs. You will get better food and respect from a street vendor than from this so-called “restaurant.”

To the management: Fix your food, fix your staff, and fix your attitude — or shut the place down. People deserve...

I recently visited Pasta Street, and while the restaurant has some strong points, the overall experience was quite underwhelming. The infrastructure is impressive—it’s spacious, clean, and family-friendly, with a dedicated kids’ menu that’s a thoughtful addition.

However, the food and service left much to be desired. We ordered the batter-fried fish, which was served cold. When we sent it back, it was refried to the point of being burnt. The ravioli I ordered had a runny cream sauce, and surprisingly, no garlic bread was provided, which is typically standard with pasta. Additionally, the French fries we tried were stale, adding to the disappointment.

The service was slow and disorganized, even though the restaurant was 70% empty. Our table wasn’t cleared promptly, which felt out of place for an establishment with such potential.

On a positive note, the staff did try to make amends by offering a complimentary dessert, which was a kind gesture. However, given the premium pricing of the menu, the overall experience did not meet expectations. I sincerely hope the management focuses on improving food quality and service, as the restaurant has the potential to be...

Visited with my parents and had a delightful experience. Based on some reviews, we started with the Zuppa di Peperoni Arrosto (veg) and the classic cheese garlic bread. Both were tasty; the soup was creamy and less spicy, while the garlic bread was perfectly soft, fresh, and cheesy. For the main course, we were initially confused between pizza and pasta. With the server's help, we chose the Ravioli Crema di Paprika Rossa, which was very creamy and tasty. Although there were many ravioli pieces (9), the overall portion was suitable for 1-2 people, so we ordered another pasta dish. The Pink Sauce Fusilli Pasta - Pomodoro Tuscany had a different taste, which was okay but not outstanding. We didn't try the desserts, although they looked amazing. The place is a bit expensive, but with EazyDiner and payment offers, the meal was reasonable and worth it. This time, we tried all veg dishes; next time, we'll explore the non-veg options and desserts.

Finally found a place that puts the P back in their Pizzas and Pastas. Had been hearing good things about Pasta Street but never came around visiting it. Great ambience and courteous staff. ( Tara - our attendant - ensured we had a great time). Above all, no noisy music. We could actually hear ourselves speak !!!! The Jalapeno Cheese Croquettes were just right - with the jalapeno infused molten cheese as a perfect foil. The cheese garlic bread was probably the best and fluffiest we had ever tasted anywhere. Finally, the Verona Exotica pizza - customized per our choice of toppings - was a melt-in-the mouth experience. Worth every rupee spent. Oh, by the way, the Spicy Devil Chilli Guava mocktail was as devishly good as its name hinted. Highly recommended place. A quick suggestion : Would be great if they had some hanging plants/ creepers for the outdoor seating - just so as to hide the hideous Sarjapur Road traffic. :-)
