Sarjapur welcomes big picther with its open arms and it's one amazing place for brunch and barbeque buffet food!

Lovely ambience, courteous staff and services. Every steward talks to you like they know you. My 1st visit to this place and fell in love with it. Few items which we tried in the buffet as well as a la carte menu were absolutely delicious.

Starters Honey chilli potatoes Murgh anarkali Peshawari fish tikka Jhinga kali mirch Mutton chops Khatarnak murgh Loved every bbq items which was served. Fresh and delicious items made me eat every dish twice.

Soups Hot & sour Chicken soup Tomato Dhaniya soup Delicious soup for all soup lovers.

Main course: Dal makhani Sabzi kholapuri Veg Biryani Paneer tikka masala Sambar Hunan vegetables Pasta arriabatta Loved the items in the veg main course. Usually items in the main course will be less. But they have variety of options for both veg and non vegetarians.

Main course Non Veg Kadai murgh Methi fish Chicken biryani Loved the chicken biriyani. Best in the main course section. Gravies were done well. It was piping hot and not bland at all.

Desserts from the buffet counter - Finally the best counter must be tasted. Every item is so tempting just to look itself. Loved it.

Ros omlette: Goan street food taken into gourmet level. Loved the dish Andhra chicken momos: Andhra style chicken filled in momos. Heavenly food. Fish fry: Kerala style fish fry done well with beautiful spices. Ragi pizza: best dish to eat. Healthy and cheesy. Best combination ever. 4 kisses cocktail: beautifully done cocktail. Deliciously done by the bartender. Cinnamon whiskey shots: best ever. Must try shots in this place Chocolava cake with white and dark chocolate: can't express how beautiful it was. Must try dish Panacotta: good infusion of flavours. Double baked cheesecake: perfectly baked cheesecake. Tiramisu: loved the flavour in every bite.

Ask the bartenders to make a customized shots, cocktail and mocktail. Extremely friendly staff and they are kannadigas who are highly talented and knows the blending and infusion of flavours to suit every pallate.

I am a huge fan of Big Pitcher Old Airport Road. When I got to know that they have a new branch, closer at home, at Sarjapur Road, I decided to give it a shot. The ambience at the Sarjapur Road outlet is brilliant. They place has been done up very aesthetically with a great décor. Spread over 3 levels, it has ample space and a lot of seating. I was impressed by the hygiene, safety and sanitation measures that they have in place to ensure a safe dining experience. They clean every table / chair once a customer leaves and again, before a customer is seated to ensure maximum safety. They also have a sanitizer bottle placed at each table. In fact, they have a unit to disinfect cutlery once it’s been cleaned.

I went for lunch but I can imagine how gorgeous the place would be at night with all the lights on. They are screening all the IPL games so it will be a fun night out with friends.

Coming to drinks, I am a teetotaller so opted for a mocktail ‘Desi Khursani’ but trust me, nothing can beat the taste of this mocktail. It was a brilliant combination of litchi juice with aam panna and green chilli. Haven’t tasted a better mocktail anywhere ever.

As for the food, I ordered the following starters. You can choose a half plate or a full plate:

Crunchy Water Chestnut – This is a delicious and crunchy starter. Dahi Anardana Kebab – This is another winner. The kebab is scrumptious and flavourful. Maa Kasam Spicy Paneer – It’s a spicy paneer served with soft pav. Overall, a great combination.

Main Course:

Namma Ooru Veg Pizza – This is a wholesome pizza with a red millet base full of veg toppings ; The thin base and all the veggies make it a great healthy eat Veg Nasi Goreng – This has fresh ingredients like turmeric, lemongrass and the result is a delightful dish.

Dessert: Persian Rose Milk Cake – This is absolutely divine. It melts in your mouth and every bite is a delight. I couldn’t get enough of this.

These items are a must try on the menu. You won’t regret it.
