RR Vatika - Pure Veg Punjabi Dhaba & Catering Services — Restaurant in Bengaluru

We are quite regular customers to this place, recently we visited their jayanagar outlet & the food / ambience & service was pathetic..today me & my son went for dinner ordered lemon coriander soup & paneer tikka..starter came first & soup came after 10 mts (shows the service levels going down)..soup & starter was good though..main course was 1 lacha paratha, 1 butter naan & subzi diwani handi..it took more than 30 mts for the service of main course & all service team & kitchen staff are busy closing down the restaurant & not bothered about us..after I shouted couple of times they served cold & pathetic taste (no butter, no cream, absolutely zero taste) gravy & butter naan has no signs of butter on it & it was rubbery which means that the kitchen staff has prepared the dish but service team did not bother to serve on time..your rating is 3.9 currently I swear it should go down to below 3 very soon..it was heart burn to bloody shell down 730/- for such ridiculous food & service levels..request customers not to visit this place any further..pls keep a lock to close the shutter permanently very soon..this would be our last last visit, god save the customers who would still visit the place..it might survive just coz of the...

Food is OK (not great), but Service is PATHETIC. Worst thing is these guys are not at all apologetic for giving bad experience to the customers. I had visited Rajarajeshwari Nagar one evening for a darshan of the Rajarajeshwari Devi. After darshan, we want to have vegetarian dinner and accidentally came across this restaurant. The overall atmosphere looked positive with sufficient lighting and lot of customers already eating at the place. Once we settled down, it took them a lot of time to send people to clean the table and take our order. While they tried to act fancy by taking orders on Mobile Phones, I don't think their backend / kitchen processes were really modern or efficient. While they were able to quickly serve (Indo) Chinese items and Chaats, they took more than 30 minutes to serve our North Indian / Punjabi cuisine. The food served was cold and didn't taste good. After repeatedly reminding them, they brought onions. More reminders to bring water glasses. Even more reminders to bring cutlery. After this bad experience also, they seemed completely unapologetic and took the complaints really lightly. I don't think I will want to visit this...

Beautiful corner location, ample parking place for 2 wheelers and car parking on road at owner risk near to mainroad and covered with full of residential area Restaurant 's ambience is very simple and elegant with table and chairs like any dhabha with good open air lighting facilities in the morning and evening The team is very friendly and fast in service North Indian unlimited food is specially served in Banana leaf not in thali with hot jalebi , masala butter milk and water bottle .The taste was very good in some dishes and value for money , they serve with hot rotis and Nann Well maintained healthy food

North Indian Chats are amazing , hot jalebi with rabadi , special mataka lassi , fresh sandwiches, juices etc.. all are mouthwatering dishes
