S.L.V. Delite Gandhinagar — Restaurant in Bengaluru

This was one of the best restaurants I've visited in 2011-12 while I was doing my graduation in a college near Gandhinagar. But to my surprise I had a disappointing experience today. While I was enjoying my memories of delicious meals and good old college days, I just walked towards the hand wash area. The toilets were horribly maintained, dirty and the handwash area stinked like hell. After our meal, we asked the supplier for a finger bowl, he denied giving it and was rash at us for complaining about the stinking hand wash area. We couldn't imagine going back to the handwash area after meals, as we were sure we would puke. We had to clean our hands with tissues and come out of there. Never expected this. The fruit salad with ice cream that i ate was good but not amazing. There werent as many fruits as i expected. It had too many raisins which i personally am not a fan of. But the ice cream was pretty good and had a smooth blend to it. There were many other dry fruits too like chashewnuts and tuti fruity. The most strange part about this place was there wer no chairs. A really good vegetarian darshini style hotel. Has both self-service standing and with service seating area. Food, while not exceptional, is really good and tasty.
