Been here many times but in my last visit on 8th Oct 2023, felt very disappointed by the service and food quality. Worst taste. 0 rating for food We ordered butter naan with paneer butter masala, mughlai biryani with masala dosage and lime juice with lime soda.

Naan and gravy was ok ok. But rice was so bad tasted like some rice boiled in veggies and given to us with lot of oil tasteless. Juice which they gave was just like water no proper lime or sugar. Lime soda justice they have added salt with lime soda. Couldn't take a sip as well. Dasa was so sour felt like 1 month old batter 🤮.. They have the worst service team I ever seen, the server started shouting on customers though the customer was calm and speaking in normal tone he started shouting in front of everyone and the manager was also supporting the waiter without addressing the issue and also the food quality is worst and the waiting is so huge that we almost waited an hour inside the ac room itself and even more worse is the ac room didn't had ac running they kept it off even with customers . It's a very good veg restaurants we had just a simple meals. It was very nice and clean. The hotel provides you a good service and also it has a very good menu. Choice of foods etc. The meals which they provided was awesome for the price. Their service was good, it has a separate family section so that you can have a very good atmosphere over there. The staff and supervisors are very well service oriented. I didn't found any probelm over there! May be you may find...
