Here’s a detailed breakdown: #### **Ambiance & Seating** 🌟 The first thing that strikes you is how **clean and spacious** the dining area is. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, ideal for families or large groups. It's also **wheelchair-friendly**, which is a nice touch! However, the **parking space** is limited, so arriving early or avoiding peak times is advisable. - **Ambience Rating:** 4/5 #### **Food Quality & Taste** 🍽️ Now, the food – **absolutely delicious!** The chefs here masterfully blend flavors from various regions of India while maintaining the authenticity of each dish. The **jalebi** is the star of the show – perfectly crisp on the outside, soft on the inside! Their **dahi puri** and **bhel** are incredibly flavorful and highly recommended. If you're visiting in the summer, don't miss out on their seasonal **aamras** – it's like a taste of homemade comfort. The **North Indian delicacies** here, such as **Aloo Paratha** and **Chole Bhature**, are also great, though at ₹160-170 per plate, they are a bit pricey. Sweets are a bit on the expensive side, too, but worth the indulgence. - **Food Quality Rating:** 4.5/5 #### **Service** 🍴 The **service** is generally quick, but it slows down during peak hours, and they did mix up my order once. Self-service is usually smooth, though the kiosk was out of order during my visit. One downside was the **rabdi**, which felt watered down, not as thick as it should be for the price. - **Service Rating:** 3.5/5 #### **Pricing & Value for Money** 💸 The pricing here is definitely on the **higher side**, with some dishes priced quite steeply for what you get. For example, ₹170 for **Aloo Paratha** feels a bit much. However, the portion sizes are generous, and the overall taste and hygiene make up for it. If you’re willing to spend a little extra, the experience is worth it. - **Price Rating:** 3/5 --- **Overall Assessment** While there’s room for improvement, particularly in pricing and service speed, this place is still a solid choice for those craving high-quality veg food in Bangalore. Whether you’re in the mood for a quick chaat or a hearty meal, this spot delivers on taste and atmosphere. Just be prepared to pay a bit more for the experience. - **Overall Rating:** 4/5 --- **Pro Tip:** For the best experience, arrive early to snag a parking spot and a comfortable seat. And if you’re visiting during summer, the **aamras** is an absolute must-try! 🥭

Sangam Sweets in Kothnur has been one of my go-to places whenever I’m craving authentic North Indian flavors. Over the years, I’ve visited this place many times and have always appreciated the consistent quality, cleanliness, and wide variety of offerings. Their North Indian snacks and sweets, especially items like samosas, chole bhature, and paneer-based dishes, have always hit the mark with rich flavors and traditional taste. Their sweets, too, are usually delicious—prepared fresh and presented well. However, they are slightly on the expensive side. For instance, jalebis are priced at around ₹170 for just 4 pieces, which feels a bit steep, even though the taste is satisfying. That being said, my most recent visit was slightly disappointing. I tried the Hara Bhara Kabab and the Bombay Sandwich, both of which I wouldn’t recommend. The kababs lacked the expected freshness and flavor—bland and soggy rather than crispy and well-spiced. The Bombay Sandwich was also underwhelming, missing the signature tang and punch that usually defines this classic street snack. It felt like a rushed version, with stale bread and lackluster fillings. While this one experience wasn’t ideal, I believe it might have just been an off day. The staff is usually courteous and service is quick, so I hope it was a one-off. I’ll definitely continue to visit Sangam Sweets for their reliable North Indian meals and quality sweets

We had lunch 🍝🥗🍱 with our family here. This place is unique, this place got restaurant with purr North Indian Style dishes, sweet shop, bakery, chat point at the same place. The atmosphere is very good. Self service. We need to take a token and wait for the food. You can see if your order is ready or not on screen. It took 20 min for us to get our food. We ordered Crazy mom's thali, Chole bature, Delhi Chole kucha, opinion cheeze paratha, Mint mojito, Green Apple 🍏 mojito & Mango 🥭 Lassi. Mom's crazy thali is good (4/5). Got 3 Pulka's , rice 🍚 in little quantity , Paneer curry, Dal & Papad. For 160 INR it's decent. Chole nature is for 160 INR, we will get 2 pieces. It's very good (4.5/5). Delhi Chole Kulacha (160 INR) is also good (4/5). Onion Cheese 🧀 Paratha(170 INR) is not that good (2.5/5). Mint mojito & Green Apple Mojito are decent(3.5/5) but 130 INR for each is too expensive for the quality & quantity. Same with Mango 🥭 Lassi as well. It's decent but 120 INR is a little expensive. Chat's We didn't try any Chats like Dahi puri, Kachori etc. Sweets are a bit expensive here compared with local sweet shops. Overall it's a decent place to have 🍝🥗🍱 or Dinner 🍽 with your family 👪 if you prefer North Indian style Vegetarian food 👍👍.

After much deliberation and multiple visits over the past year, I feel compelled to share my experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the issues remain consistent, visit after visit: Unpredictable Service: The token call system feels completely random. You never know when your food will be prepared or served. It often feels like waiting endlessly, much like a dog waiting for its master to throw a bone. Disjointed Serving: If you order items like roti and sabji, expect them to arrive separately. The rotis often come first, and by the time the sabji is served (sometimes 15 minutes later), the rotis are cold and hard, making the meal unenjoyable. Terrible for Hosting Guests: Bringing guests here is a mistake. Meals are rarely served together. Either you’ll receive your food partially and finish eating while your guest is left waiting, or vice versa. The experience is both embarrassing and frustrating. Deceptive Practices: If you order something like a mutter paneer paratha, don’t expect the accompanying gravy to match. Unless you specifically catch and question them, they may serve chole gravy instead of paneer gravy, which feels like a deliberate cost-cutting tactic. Chaos for Families: Dining as a family and ordering different dishes from the menu? Be prepared for an uncoordinated service that makes eating together impossible.

Despite visiting six times in the hope of improvement, nothing has changed. I am writing this review with the hope that these concerns will be taken seriously...
