Read moreI am a Delhite, so comparing it with the taste of Lajpat Nagar's (Delhi) matar kulchas, will not be right and justified. But in Bangalore, I can say, I had never tasted such matar kulcha. It was tasty with spicy green chilli pickles. We passed through this outlet, in Banaswadi, while driving in that area in search of some north Indian restaurant in the evening of 25th December-2023, suddenly we saw the name Sharma's Kulche, and thought to give it a shot 😀. We ordered the original/Basic plain matar kulcha which was good in taste. You can take unlimited matar masala. We ordered panipuri and banarasi tamatar chaat as well which were also equally good to taste. They offer other chaat items as well in the menu like tikki chaat, papdi chaat etc. as well as Lassi, rabadi etc. One can definitely give it a try, only challenge is parking of 4 wheeler vehicle. One has to look for available space for 4 wheeler parking on the road side, where it is allowed to park. You may have to walk little from that parked vehicle to the Sharma's Kulche outlet 😊....

I appreciate the wheat kulcha option, but cleanliness of veggies needs attention. I’ve had to pick out bad pieces of coriander, tomato, or onion at times. It's rare but a concern.
One suggestion: use Amul butter instead of ghee. It elevates the flavor and fits your pricing without needing to charge extra.
Overall, there’s potential to improve and make the experience even better, a 5/5 one.
I tried the rabri on my recent visit and it...
