Dear Polar Bear management, I wanted to say thank you for kicking me and my family out of your store today. The date was today, Jan 02, 2025 and the time was 14:05. Me and my two elderly parents came to have some of your chilled desserts. There was only one staff behind the counter and as we sat down and decided which ice-cream to have, this staff went out of the store. There was a truck parked there and it appeared a very important task of unloading some goods was happening. There were few additional staff present by then. When I called the staff in uniform to take our order, he came but then said he cannot serve us as he is needed there. When I requested (or even begged) he said no and walked out. So, disappointed my 70+ years parents had to get up and head towards the exit. When we came there, one of your representatives in a jacket came and spoke so rudely saying they are unloading and needed...."half an hour"!! So, as we walked out of there with heavy hearts, I told him that it's ok, please continue with their work as obviously it seemed more important than serving paying customers and even apologized to him. Am sure you can check the cameras and see the footage of these amazing and intelligent staff of yours. It seems that business is booming in Polar Bear and your ice cream or desserts are very rare and exotic and not for common people like us. But we liked your neighbor Alice in Gelatoland, good service and much more exotic variety. We loved the store there! So thank you again for throwing us out...

This place is absolutely amazing for anyone who loves a wide variety of ice cream sundaes! My personal favorite has to be the “Death by Chocolate” I end up craving it almost every week. The place is usually lively and crowded, but the wait is completely worth it. The scoops, especially DBC, are consistently delicious. They also have seasonal offers, like mango shakes in the summer, and mango toppings that are a real treat. Other sundaes like the chocolate sundae, chocolate brownie, and fudge are all incredibly mouthwatering, highly recommended. The only issue I’ve noticed is that UPI payments rarely work, which can be frustrating since sometimes we don’t carry cash or cards, and UPI is the easiest way to pay. Apart from that, everything else from the ice cream quality to the service is top-notch. The team is friendly, and the ambience is pleasant, making it a really enjoyable...

I ordered a Falooda from PolarBear, kammanahalli via Zomato today, and was shocked to find a dead bug inside the dessert. This is completely unacceptable for a reputed food chain. I had to throw the whole thing away.

Food safety and hygiene should be a top priority, but this incident makes me question the cleanliness standards at your outlet. I’ve been a regular customer and have enjoyed your ice creams before, but this experience was truly off-putting.

I’ve already raised a complaint with Zomato, but I hope the store management takes this seriously and investigates how this happened. Please ensure stricter quality control so no other customer has to face...
