SIP and Dine — Restaurant in Bengaluru

"Pathetic Hospitality" I have been this place few times and late service has always been the issue but it was never be this much deteriorated. I went for a dinner with my family and we ordered food and the drama started. Firstly, the one who was there to take orders was seemed to be not in his senses as he was not sure what to write and looks lost as when we tried to check about our food since it was 20 min and we haven't got our food, he said " what food, what have you ordered" and later when we told him then he said "YES"... following this, we waited 15 min just to get the bowls for Raita, 2-3 waiters came and went and then again another one came and when we asked for bowls, he said " No Bowls", after asking him many times he gave Bowls. secondly, we ordered Plain rice, that too we got after 15-20 min later and it was all sticky Rice rather than a Basmati Rice and on the top of the same, the one who served rice to my Husband, he spilt it over my husband's pant and when he asked him to serve properly, The waiter made faces and didn't even feel to Apologize

Finally, when my husband decided to bring this under the notice of their kind manager/supervisor's notice, He is again a wiered creature as he didn't once apologize or scold his staffs rather he was just listening like a Zombie and it looks as if he was not interested in our concerns. I am not a person who ever writes any thing like this for anyone but yesterday's incident forced me to take this step. I have always been fond of the food but it seems that now Sip and Dine doesn't care about their customers and it is their habit of misbehaving and showing poor service.

SIP & DINE - Located at RPC Layout, Vijayanagar is a quite good fine and dine Family Bar & Resturant.

The resturant is located on the first and second floor and also has pub attached to it "Sip and Rock".

The staff are pretty friendly and serves you all. However, on the weekends the place ia often too crowded and the service takes a little longer.

The resturant has a separate fine and dine area for those who like to drink and eat and a separate family area. The restaurant serves both hard liquor and beer.

Prices are moderate / some items feel that they are a little over charged.

Getting a parking place is quite a hurdle.

Suggested try for Vegetarians - Dal Kichidi, Paneer Peshawari Tikka, Masala Pappad, Veg sweet...

Sip and Dine name itself creates you to drink and eat. Visited this place recently. I want to share my experience. We went to pub section where music was very loud, asked DJ to reduce volume for which he rejected. Then shifted to 1st floor, where plenty of place to accommodate more people. Can order drinks as well. Ordered Beer, later when we were chatting with friends, waiter came and informed to reduce volume. We were there to sip and dine as well to chit chat. Beer was ok, food was ok. Because of above incident I am giving rating of 3. Can park car or Bike in front or in basement. All the waiters are friendly. Located next to busy Ring road, but you won't listen the traffic...
