Very Bad Experience with This Bakery – Please Be Careful!

Yesterday, I purchased a cold cake from this bakery for my husband's birthday. I returned home and kept the cake in the deep fridge immediately. Within 15 minutes, we cut the cake and started eating. As soon as we did, my husband noticed the cake was sour and had a bad smell. I tasted it too — same thing, it was spoiled. We couldn’t eat it at night and were really upset.

The next day, I went back to the bakery and explained what happened. The lady at the counter told me that the cake got spoiled because I didn’t keep it in the deep fridge — but I did! I told her to try the cake herself and then judge. She refused and just said, “We don’t sell bad cakes.” Even the owner didn’t bother to come and speak, and one of the boys working there was extremely rude and disrespectful. No one apologized, and they even shouted at me.

These people are selling spoiled cakes — what if it caused food poisoning? We have small kids at home. Who would take responsibility then?

So, I’m warning others — please don’t buy cakes from this bakery. Very bad customer service and...
