Disappointing Experience

I recently visited Sri Krishna Sagar, a vegetarian restaurant located in a prime area, and I must say, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the promising location with good parking facility, the overall experience left much to be desired.

Taste of Food: 1/5 The food was incredibly disappointing. The dishes lacked flavor and freshness, with bland, under-seasoned preparations. For a place that claims to offer a variety of vegetarian options, the taste was far below average, leaving me completely unsatisfied.

Service: 1/5 The service was equally poor. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, taking too long to serve the food, and were unresponsive to requests. It felt like the staff were just going through the motions without any genuine care for customer satisfaction.

Ambiance: 2.5/5 The ambiance was just okay—nothing particularly special or memorable. While the decor was decent, it did little to enhance the dining experience. It felt like a place you’d visit once but wouldn’t be eager to return to.

Value for Money: 1/5 Given the poor quality of the food and service, the restaurant is definitely not worth the money. The pricing is on the higher side, which would have been acceptable if the experience had been even remotely enjoyable. Unfortunately, it felt like a waste of money.

Overall: 1.5/5 I would not recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a satisfying vegetarian meal. Despite its good location, the lackluster food, poor service, and mediocre ambiance make it a place to avoid. There are better options in the area that offer more value...

Had ordered friedrice thru zomato. Every spoon had mud kind of thing in it. I made several calls to d restaurant to tell them. But my calls were not answered. It was then i decided to visit the restaurant myself. I went thr, showed them d bill and told tht d food contained mud/stone in it. Also asked y my calls were not answered. To my shock the billing guy was so rude and said they dont bother much about calls and tht i hv to talk to zomato guy for bad quality food. I argued saying the food was from their restaurant and y d hell shud I be contacting zomato for this. I asked for d manager and in sometime a guy appearead. I showed him d pics and asked for refund. He said it happens sometimes but instead of refund he said i can order any other item. The argument went on and finally i had to settle with a veg biryani (since refund was not given) . If you're craving some authentic South Indian cuisine, Krishna Sagar is a must-visit! I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and I was thoroughly impressed with their offerings. The Masala Dosa was a standout—crispy, golden brown, and stuffed with a perfectly spiced potato filling. Equally delightful was the Rava Masala Dosa; the texture of the rava added a unique, satisfying crunch that complemented the savory masala filling beautifully.

The Idly was light and fluffy, and paired well with the assortment of chutneys and sambar that accompanied the meal.
